Loud workers
Pros:

Large Handicap accessories in bathroom.

Cons:

Noises. People footsteps of the ceiling were loud. Workers from the electric company were loud. Most were Spanish speaking loud obnoxious men.

Visiting a sick relative and attending a funeral.
Pros:

Except for the last night it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The handicapped bars were well placed and sturdy. Inside the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The parking lot was too small and had terrible drainage. The toilet tissue holder was placed in an awkward position to comfortably use. The clothes hanging rack needs to be higher so hanging clothes don’t touch the floor. Despite these issues, I will strongly consider staying on future visits to Kosciusko

Work to do better. Not America's Best...but average, below average.
Cons:

The property needs updated. The pavement is deteriorated and damaging to vehicles. The rooms are ok. The bathrooms need the toilets replaced. They are older, high volume with poor flushing pressure. Additionally, the toilets are small, residential models and not suitable for any average sized adult nor for hotel use. The shower curtain was covered with microbial / mold growth at the bottom; not being cleaned / replaced in a long time. The internet / wifi was sketchy at most times, even when not during heavy storms - the picture would blur. Guests were very loud late into the night working on their vehicles right outside the guests doors. Additionally, guests up very early (tree company?) running lift trucks, honking air horns, etc. No consideration for any other guests.
