I needed a good night's sleep and it didn't happen due to the overall experience
Pros:

There wasn't any breakfast or coffee. I had to change rooms I had to change rooms at 10:00 at night because the TV didn't work. The only thing that saved the day was your on-site manager Wendy. She did everything she could with what she had to work with. I was very disappointed in the overall experience, the hotel is in very poor shape. It looks like it used to be a very nice place but it is very run down.
I came to your hotel because of the $49 online price, there wasn't any rooms available at this price. I was desperate for a place to stay or I would have left at that time.

Not great
Pros:

They do not have breakfast like they sit on the booking.com site which I’ve had a problem with in the past with another room. I would actually like a refund on this because I did not get breakfast and they did not have coffee except for one pot at 6 o’clock in the morning. Very Dusty and all things old. Was kinda of a sketchy place to stay room was of good size. They only gave me two flat old pillows and this blanket if that what you want to call it. I was disappointed that the price was $92 after all said and done with hotel fees. It was supposed to be a $59 room. Not happy with this stay at all. I couldn’t sleep for the noise and discomfort.
