Ramada by Wyndham Los Angeles/Koreatown West

It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it smelled really really bad, my allergies triggered an we had to leave the room early, couldn’t take it anymore

Room was perfect. Would recommend 10/10.

Chose this place because we were attending an event at The Wiltern and it’s about a block away so that’s a plus, but that was about it.
When we walked up to our non-smoking room it stunk like cigarette smoke before we even opened the door. We asked to switch, and they did switch us but said they couldn’t promise the new room would be any better. Luckily the new room didn’t smell like smoke. We left our bags and went straight to our event. When we came back a cockroach greeted us at the door. My husband then saw something moving around in the bed, upon closer look it was a bed bug. We decided to check out and find somewhere else to sleep.

Karla in the front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Room was adequate for a normal quick stay. But room was very outdated. Painted on sink. Strange tub overlay. Room was cleaned every day which is odd given the mirror in bathroom said every 3 days. So nice perk at least. But they kept giving my pillows to my roommates bed and vice versa. (I had a body pillow and a pillowcase on one pillow that kept getting moved to the secondary bed every day)
No bugs or dirt, but my socks turned black from the floors. Half the lights in the room didn't work. Outlets were broken but functional ish at least. TV was small and the picture was narrow for every station.
Parking was the most annoying, as no where to park to check in, and given gate code AFTER check in. Garage stunk of garbage and cigs. Elevators up had graffiti and trash in the lights.

Outside the room, there is a restaurant with open patio, noisy until 2am. Site condition unit is super noisy and smelly. Room was clean. Parking lot was good.

There was a noisy construction going on next door on whole week.

Ramada in Koreatown is definitely not like the other Ramada in New Zealand. Its a good location and convenient for what we were doing.

They have secure parking in the lower level and security at night who patrol the parking area.

The place can definitely use an upgrade. The beds were comfortable. Wi-fi sucked as it kept dropping in and out.

Well was a last minute need to stay in LA...been to other Ramada. This property needs updating and cleaning.

A very convenient location

Property is well kept, outstanding staff, rooms are nice and roomy(a true representation of the pictures on-line).

Lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery store in walking distance.

The air conditioning was good however we found roaches in our room!

The bed in the room was moving even if you just sit in on it the place rent through a remodel but not all rooms that makes no sense to me some rooms are really nice and the other rooms the showers are old and dirty there was hair in our bedroom terrible

The hotel staff are always genuinely helpful. If there’s an issue they try their best to resolving it.
