I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Deerfield Beach over Memorial Day weekend. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the property was organized and the atmosphere remained welcoming and enjoyable.

One of the highlights was the convenient location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked each morning, and the common areas were clean and inviting.

I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Best Western to anyone visiting Deerfield Beach and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall it was a good stay. We enjoyed the pool daily and the hot tub. The breakfast was good.
Pros:

The pool was nice, the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very nice. The property was very well-kept and looked nice.

Cons:

There was no ice in the ice machines on the 2nd floor. There were no trash cans in sight. The sliding glass door did not close completely through and the bar on the back was flimsy. The elevators were not working, but one. The traffic by i95 is loud at times at night.

I will always return.

Good breakfast, fresh-smelling linens, comfortable mattress, good pillows, excellent room space, good location.

Cons:

I really like this hotel; I have stayed here several times and plan to stay again. However, I have to be honest regarding the cleanliness—it leaves something to be desired. As for the bathroom, we have previously had issues with a clogged shower drain.
