Location was fine but hotel staff and room was not up to par

The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty as well as we found the sheets dirty with actual dirt while leaving. It smelled of cigarettes the whole time we stayed as well as the ac did not work super great.

We actually left once looked at room.
Pros:

Location to interstate.

Cons:

The room. Smelled when we entered and the bathroom’s tub/shower had black ring around it and wall of it also was full of soap scum and dirt. Beds looked like pullout couch mattresses. We ended up leaving. It was too sketchy.

Very disappointing.

The room smelled. Not tobacco so not sure what it was... Towels are very low quality. Microwave was broken, but they replaced it. Breakfast very low quality. We stayed 5 nights. Not once was our room cleaned despite the sign that said room would be cleaned at 3 days without us requesting it. I went to desk at day 4 and was firm when I said that we wanted our room cleaned with new towels. Also said we'd be gone all day so there was plenty of time to clean our room. Arrived back at 10pm only to find that once again no clean towels and room not cleaned.... i went too front desk and discussed. I was told that they were full and priority was to get checked out rooms turned over for new guests! While apologetic it definitely wasn't the response to guests that have been there 5 days! I was given clean towels. We have family that live in the area and we stay close by, but I can at that we DEFINITELY will not stay there again. Also, we are Choice members and have stayed at many Quality Inns in the past. This one is a NO.

Was a place to catch a few hours of sleep, nothing more
Pros:

Friendly staff at front desk

Cons:

The room was very damp and smelled terrible, the price for the room was far beyond what it should have been. Due to the festivals going on in the area it was the only available room in the city. Not my first choice but it served it's purpose. At best this should have been less than $100.00 a night.

Noisy children running up and down hallways until 10pm. No elevator. A bit rundown. Check in was slow and cumbersome.

Clean, comfortable rooms
Pros:

We stayed for college orientation, location was great. The facility is older and shows the wear of its age. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the price was our main reason for staying at this hotel.

Cons:

Updating the facility to match other newer hotels in the area would be ideal.

The comfort of the beds was worth the cost - just perfect.
Pros:

Highlight: the beds. SO comfortable. Also the AC was old school which meant we could crank it really cold which was perfect.

Cons:

Outside and parking lot were pretty dingy. Inside was a pleasant surprise.
