The hot tub

Cons:

They didnt say anything about the pet fee which was 25$ a night or the 100$ deposit for damages. Then it took 7bdays for them to refund the damage deposit. When I booked it they said the peice was 310$ got there an ended up spending at least 500$ on a 100$ hotel

Cons:

Needs some deferred maintenance. Drain ran really slow in the bathtub. Update fixtures. Vanity light didn't work.i Needs some updates. Dated but clean. Still a good value!

The chlorine in the pool was excessively high we could only be in the pool for about 15 minutes because our eyes and skin were burning.
The mattress was very hard.

Very disappointing

I did not receive the rooms I booked for. My daughter and her husband had to scramble and find a room at another motel. I tried very hard, as the staff did too, to understand each other but there was a language issue. I had requested and was told I would have 2 queen beds, but they were not provided.
I feel as I got a bait and switch and since it was parent’s weekend for the university were we unable to get rooms for all of us elsewhere. I had reservations had 4 months prior.

Our room was nice and clean.
Pros:

People were nice and our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was non existent very little of the food was out. The pool area had so much chlorine in the air that we could not stay in the pool room for more than 15 mins. Our eyes were burning. Broken tub spigot kept dripping all night very small stream out of sink faucet.

The staff was attentive!

Cons:

The quality air in the pool & hot tube area was very poor as it smelled very strong with chlorine & burned our eyes.

Don't think you will be utilizing the pool or hot tub

Cons:

The pool area was too hot, the humidity was so bad and so much chlorine you couldn't breath and we couldn't utilize that area. The breakfast at 9am we had to ask staff to replace silverware, juice and even the eggs, tables were dirty.
I've stayed here multiple times before but the place is not the same.

And we stayed 2 nights they didn't replenish out towels.
