Didn't get room I paid for

The door locked

I asked for a non-smoking room when I got there he said all my non-smoking are taken so I have to put you in a smoking room when I got up there to the second floor and I opened the door the smoke almost me down I came back and said I have asthma I can't stay in that room he said well you'll have to because I don't have anything else I went and bought two air fresheners and it didn't make a dent in what it was like breathing in the room

The little fridge did not work because I put an ice tray in and I had the manager come up the next day and see that it was just water in the ice tray and he said oh well that's because we don't want to freeze the refrigerator and have to put another one in

I called and told him the air conditioner was making a loud noise and I couldn't be in the room when the air conditioner was on he came up did something while I was gone to it and the noise was still there but you could tell that he opened the flap

Other than the neighbor and the bug in the fridge it was nice and comfortable, would stay again if looking for a cheaper

It did have some pretty surroundings, and easy access to everything we needed.

Cons:

We had a neighbor banging on our door at 1-2am our first night and arguing with their significant other at all hours day and night the rest of the stay. We called front desk but unsure if anything was discussed.
