Clean, quiet, comfortable budget hotel.
Pros:

A standard budget hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, the air conditioning not too noisy. Breakfast was ok. In fact, there was nothing to complain about. The location is fairly central.

Cons:

Wish there was a freezer compartment in the room fridge. Other than that ok.

All good. No real issues
Pros:

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Not your fault but construction and detour to get in and out of the location. Evening check was very time consuming . 3 reservations in front of me when I arrived . A big rain storm over night and it sounded like it was in the room

Road construction made it difficult to actually get to the property but everything good after that
Pros:

Everything worked well once I was able to figure out how to GET to the hotel, due to road construction. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Breakfast was more than adequate; there was a large variety of choices which were delicious.

Cons:

Due to a lot of road construction in the immediate area, I was unable to figure out how to get to the property. I ended up driving quite a distance before I was able to get back to the area of the property and finally find my way to the hotel's lobby to check in.

Quality Inn not so Quality.
Pros:

Breakfast. New updated bathroom

Cons:

Musty smell in room. Dingy lighting. Seemed like all the doors needed cleaned and painted. Property has been allowed to run down.

We would make sure we ask for a first floor room if we ever stayed again 60/75 little rough for stairs.
Pros:

The people were wonderful! Everyone we encountered was pleasant, cheerful and helpful.

The bathroom looked like it had been upgraded and it was nice.

Cons:

The room was musty/moldy smelling and the carpet kind of stayed damp. The mattresses were unsupportive.
