Mixed signals: many reviewers said rooms and bathrooms were clean, towels plentiful, but several reports of smoke/musty odor, peeling wallpaper and one review stating the property 'stinks' and 'not very clean'.
Service
9.1
Consistently positive: multiple mentions of very friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk and staff; clerk described as 'very friendly' and 'amazing'.
Location
7.5
Generally convenient and close to highway/restaurants with good surrounding options, but several comments about difficult access due to road construction and one reviewer saying the location was misleading compared to advertising.
Room Quality
7.2
Mostly comfortable rooms (comfy beds, good showers, updated bathrooms in places) but some guests reported dated rooms, peeling wallpaper and occasional noise from a pub below.
Amenities
7.6
Breakfast consistently praised; however issues noted with pool maintenance, ice machine being down, limited fridge/freezer space and awkward/locked parking access.
Value for Money
8.2
Many reviewers said the stay was worth the money and called it good value, though at least one guest felt it was the least favorite and overpriced on a longer trip.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Strong positive sentiment: breakfast repeatedly described as excellent, great, plentiful and a highlight of stays.
Overall Experience
8
Overall slightly above average: friendly staff and good breakfast make stays pleasant for many, offset by occasional odor, dated condition and access/noise issues for some guests.

The room was clean and neat and we left pretty rested.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

With road construction getting to the hotel was a little tricky. Also our room was right above the pub and there was some noise from that a little later than we would have liked.

Comfortable and Ckean Hotel
Pros:

Large, clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast choices. Close to highway and restaurants.

Cons:

The check in process was a bit strange. I was asked who was staying in my room with me(my husband and I are both over 70😆)and where we were on our way to. If she was just trying to appear interested it came off more as an interrogation.
