Room was very cute and well decorated. It was clean and comfortable. The sheets are buttery soft and the bed super comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating when I had a problem with my flight. They went above and beyond. Loved the robes!! The options in the lobby for coffee and drinks were nice as was the water refilling station.
Pricey but likely competitive with other hotels of the same caliber. Parking rates are very high. Struggled with the shower. It was small and the handle didn't work correctly. Although the comforters are very soft and unique, we just couldn't keep covered with them lol. If they have to give you written directions for how to use of comforters it seems a bit excessive but maybe it was just us. If you are facing 5th ave you will have a lot of noise from the monorail and traffic.
location was good and the staff were helpful.
So noisy!! the whole entire night the garbage trucks kept driving by. It was extremely loud! The hotel itself is pretty old, the room was outdated!
Il personale gentilissimo. Ci è stata data la camera la mattina alle 10.00. Hotel molto pulito.
Nulla
It’s cool, a bit quirky and in a good location
There were lots of homeless people, not directly outside the hotel but close by
Staff are incredible, rooms are quirky but nice and comfortable , felt at home
Shower worked, but felt like I was gonna break it turning it on
Great location
Nice staff and everything we needed. Complementary drinks was a nice touch
Free fresh water refill
Very cute
Awesome staff, friendly and helpful. Clean. They arranged a private shuttle car about same amount as Uber Lyft or taxi would be back to the airport so we could rest easily about that. One thing is I wish they had a restaurant or small bar with snacks, they said they used to but it’s closed now. I’d stay here again (in fact we did on the way to our cruise and on the way back after a stay on Lopez Island after our cruise before our flight).
The staff were friendly.
We’ve stayed at StayPineapple in Portland more than a few times and this was our first time staying with StayPineapple in Seattle. To be honest, the staff were lovely but the whole experience was a bit disappointing.
The room itself looked and felt tired, nothing like the pictures online - which was only exacerbated by the fact it’s one of the most expensive hotels we’ve booked in our many years of traveling, including NYC and Tokyo.
We paid the pup fee for 2 nights but didn’t get the StayPineapple pup welcome pack which we’ve always received in Portland.
We booked this room months in advance and confirmed the room, along with pup and parking, on the Wednesday before arrival. Despite having a confirmation email we were told they hadn’t received our confirmation for these and informed us we had to find parking elsewhere (in a pay lot next door or on the street) because they didn’t have any more available. That was an interesting claim however as our dog’s name was already on the pup welcome board.
It wasn’t a great way to start the stay and the rest of the weekend didn’t really freshen up at all. We chalked it up to experiencing the Seattle ‘grunge’ - and will look at other options for our next stay in the city.
Side note: while the on property parking wasn’t available, the outdoor parking lot next door was cheaper and the on street parking was free in the evenings and on Sundays (which worked out for us).
Hôtel idéalement situé à proximité (non immédiate) de la Space Needle, du musée de la pop culture...
Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable.
My family of 8 stayed here before a cruise, and we loved it! The location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable ( the bedding is beyond outstanding!). We appreciated the extremely kind staff- they were so pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely book again, and will book other Stay Pineapple hotels in other cities in the future.
We were able to walk to most everything.

We absolutely loved it!

The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage while we roamed around until our rooms were ready. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We found that we were able to walk to most of the sites we wanted to visit around Seattle and there were plenty of great places to eat or grab coffee in close by. Overall a great experience! If I find my way back to Seattle, I will definitely stay here again!
Nothing
location; complimentary water refill station
Bedding -- instead of normal bedding, they provide smaller "individual" comforters that just fall off the bed in the middle of the night.
Service -- All around disappointing. First off, housekeeping didn't actually clean the room. We finally figured out a way to make the bedding work and they just put it back to their annoying setup and placed their overpriced stuffed dog on the bed (meanwhile, they tossed my kids actual stuffies on the floor; they were on the bed). Then they just left the dirty coffee cups and water glasses as they were. I couldn't care less about their stuffed animal, but I did want clean cups. Then to top it off, we called the front desk to ask for herbal/decaf tea (which they definitely have) and were told, we would need to go down the street to Whole Foods if we wanted anything that wasn't already in the room. (Their manager seemed shocked to hear that we had received that response when we relayed it to him at checkout but that was a little too late.)
All in all, this hotel is overpriced and could only get away with the rate they were charging because it was around the World Cup (mind you, we were not actually staying in town when any of the local games were scheduled but they were milking it nonetheless).
