Great staff, great location, and an incredible city!
Pros:

Amazing location!! We could walk everywhere and felt very safe. So many things to see all within a mile or so short walk

Cons:

Parking was a little expensive but that is normal for big cities. Some stuff in the room was a little damaged but not a big deal

Very cool and comfortable hotel!
Pros:

The location was close to all, perfect for being in Belltown and near Pike Market. Clean, super comfortable beds. Very friendly staff!

Great deal. Comfortable. Basic. A little far from activities especially if it’s raining.
Pros:

Great value. Comfy beds and we plan to buy one.

Cons:

Felt a little cramped. Wish there were more food and beverage options. Still a little far from sites and light rail (15 min walk).

Awesome location. Great staff
Pros:

Location was great! Staff very friendly and helped me change rooms to a higher floor which I requested. They also delivered a mini fridge which was awesome! I was pleasantly surprised with my little welcome gift. Thoughtful and just don’t get that type of treatment these days. Also appreciated the consistent, very comfortable beds/bedding.

Cons:

There was only 1 working elevator. The property could use some updates. Doesn’t really compare the climate pledge property…would be nice to have a full service bar/restaurant on the property.

Fun little hotel cool staff they were super cool about our dog

Cons:

Parking was tough since I have a bigger truck and couldn't park in the onsite parking garage. I had to park next to the hotel in an open lot with no security and in downtown Seattle that is a little sketchy

Perfect get-away with twin sis.
Pros:

The decor of the hotel was unique and fun and the lady at check-in was friendly and professional.

Cons:

I loved everything about the hotel but if I had to choose something I didn't like, I would say I wish I could have stayed more than one night.

We liked Location, lovely helpful staff, nice towel’s , free drink upon arrival

Cons:

Flat pillow’s, long lines waiting to get help, need more front desk staff. Room felt like a broom closet, they don’t have cots, blanket was quite stained on the bottom

Absolutely love this hotel!
Pros:

Staff was great, location was great because we could just park and either walk or uber, easily, anywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are clean, good size, and the beds are really comfortable! It's so much easier staying here and just taking uber somewhere vs trying to navigate and park in downtown.
