Great comfort and location!
Pros:

Hotel 5 Staypineapple is a fun-spirited, clean, comfortable and attractive hotel in a great location for people who want a short walk to downtown Seattle must-sees and great restaurants. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The on-site barista at the coffee bar is a great service too. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic customer service
Pros:

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Staypineapple. They went out of their way to help me when I needed an extra box for shipping. They looked throughout their storeroom to find the right size and then emptied it so I could use it. This is just one example of how they treated our family throughout our stay. 10/10 for service. I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

Conveniently Located and Affordable
Pros:

Check-in was a breeze, staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is a short distance from Pike Street Market, the Space Needle, and many good restaurants and bars. We love that they use refillable toiletry dispensers in the rooms and have a filtered water bar in the lobby to cut down on waste. The only issue we had was that the HVAC unit in the room was very noisy. There was typical city noise, but we live in an urban area, so that was not a problem for us. The rates are affordable - book direct for the best deals. Great customer service is a signature of Stay Pineapple Hotels.

Funny and kind hotel
Pros:

The atmosphere was amazing, funny and so original! Very Comfortable and clean rooms with lots of details for our stay. People Who work at the reception and in the bar were very kind and nice. Our experience was top and we do recommed for sure

Pros:

Everyone was super nice!! Very helpful with questions and recommendations.

Cons:

I know housekeeping has to clean rooms fast. But pay attention to the wall boards a little busty dirty. I know the hard floor isn’t cleaned probably each time but maybe pay more attention to that.

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's a direct line from the airport without any transfers. It is within walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Amazon headquarters. I stayed here for one night before an early flight and found it to be a good spot for a quick rest. The exterior is modern and stylish, and while the interior is basic, it is perfectly acceptable for a short stay."

Cons:

"I was a bit surprised that they charge for bottled water. Also, the wood flooring in my room was warping and peeling up; luckily I brought my own thick slippers, otherwise it could have easily scratched my feet, which is quite dangerous. Besides that, the soundproofing is poor for rooms facing the street—the constant traffic noise made it difficult to fall asleep."
