Pros:

Останавливаясь в Риме , мы часто выбираем этот отель. Расположен в удачном месте, недалеко от вокзала. Тихие и уютные номера. Мы жили в очень красивом номере с видом на парк. Отдельное спасибо персоналу отеля за подарок на день рождения моего мужа!

Все было хорошо , жаль мало дней побыли!

Estadia prejudicada pelas ocorrências mencionadas, resultando num péssimo custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa, próximo da estação ferroviária, estação de metrô e bons restaurantes.

Cons:

O café da manhã decepcionante. Uma única funcionária para atender todo o salão. Nos dois dias que tomamos o café da manhã faltava reposição de produtos básicos (pão, ovos mexidos, frutas) e a funcionária respondia de forma grosseira e mal educada aos pedidos dos hospedes. O apartamento que nos foi oferecido fica no andar térreo, com a janela comunicando diretamente com a rua, obrigando a manter as cortinas permanentemente fechadas. Comuniquei essas ocorrências ao funcionário da recepção, o qual ficou de reportar à gerência do hotel, porém, até este momento não tivemos retorno sobre qualquer providência que tenha sido tomada.

Pros:

Preço justo e instalações excelentes. Atendimento humanizado, funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, ótimo café da manhã. Boa localização, próximo à estação ferroviária Roma Términi.

Par rapport a ce que j'ai payé j'aurais aimé me sentir au chaud. Chambre froide .douche italienne très étroite.,rien n'empêche que j'ai pris 2 douches ,mais , meme si gênant, mais,c'est propre comme meme .
Donc a part ça je vois pas d'inconvénient juste que le.prix a revoir par rapport au service fourni
