All good, breakfast was good value and staff friendly.
The location of the hotel is excellent, a lot of the main landmarks are on walking distance. There is also a very close metro station and the main train station is also quite close. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms very nice.
The hotel is in an old building so the elevator is quite small and there are some stairs in the middle of the floor that make it difficult moving with the luggage. There is no room service for ordering food, but it is always possible to use a delivery app.

Freundliches Personal und helles sauberes Zimmer. Lage sehr gut in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Rom Termini, aber trotzdem ruhig. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Otel modern ve temizdi. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu şehirdeki gezilecek yerlere çok yakın değildi ama çok uzak da değildi. Güvenli bir yer olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Room is clean, with big window, enough sunshine, fresh air.
Very noisy.
This hotel location is not suitable for walking to visit Rome. Need more than 30min fast walking to all the famous places.
If you want to visit Rome attractions, it is better to choose another hotel near the Colosseum or pantheon.
The free bottle water is provided just for 1 day, and just 1 bottle. No free bottle replacement for all the remaining days. The free tea bags are also not replaced everyday. We are a family of 4 people, and stay 6 nights. This treatment is totally not like a 4 star hotel!
The electricity is not stable, the fuse is triggering twice during my stay.
