Gole is truly an exceptional team player at Sarova Whitesands. He is very easy to approach and engages with guests in the best and most genuine manner. His warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Gole’s positive energy and teamwork clearly reflect the high standards of service at the hotel, and he played a big role in making our experience memorable.

Whatelse can I say apart from ushering my new year in style. Gole one of the Entertainment staff truly left a lasting impression on me. From the very first moment, Gole’s energy and warmth stood out. He didn’t just entertain—he genuinely engaged with me, talking me around the hotel, showing me different games, and making every interaction feel personal and fun.

One of my favorite highlights was playing chess and spending time at the pool table with him. It wasn’t just about the games; it was about the connection, the laughter, and how easy he made everything feel. He has a natural way of making people feel included and comfortable, which really sets him apart.

Ushering in the New Year was an unforgettable experience. We welcomed it in style, and the fireworks were absolutely beautiful—a perfect, joyful moment that I’ll always remember.

I also have to mention the kids’ centre. The new transformation is amazing. It looks so well reformed, modern, and inviting—clearly designed with care and creativity in mind. It’s a huge upgrade and a fantastic space for kids to enjoy.

Overall, Gole delivers more than just entertainment he delivers experiences, memories, and genuine connection.

The ocean view is great. Nice ambiance all round. Super New years Eve food. Over 1000 recipes. Kudos CHEF GODFREY and his team.

I went there with my girlfriend hoping for a warm welcome. This was not the case. The staff was rude and only wanted to let us in after a discussion. When we called the hotel for questions they answered rude and hung up immediately. It’s very clear that this place prioritize rich people rather than everyone as equals.

The food was great, the staff were kind. The games were amazing at the fun factory we hit to pick from a variety of that were available at the gaming area. I engage with Gole one of the animators which was swift to guide and help us throughout. Will definitely come back.

Top-notch housekeeping service! Adam went above and beyond to keep our room clean and comfortable. Highly commendable.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday for the 4th time at Whitesands! Kudos to the pastry chef Caroline Nelima for the delicious birthday cakes 🎂🎂😄, and thank you to the F&B staff for coming out in their traditional way to celebrate 🎉
The food was amazing 😋! Whitesands really outdid itself 👌. Thai Chi by the sea was a fantastic experience 🍣 👍🏽

It’s really fun. There’s a lot of activities that keep you busy which is better than just staying in the room. The animation is very inclusive and entertaining especially Gole, Lemington, Jackson and others. The basketball at 3:00pm is also something I’ve found to be unique to Sarova. All in all, my experience here at whitesands is really amazing; one of a kind.
The food is also really good too.

Just perfect, had my reservations but upon passing the gate, a world of relaxation & peace opened. I am leaving the place, refreshed and ready for the next challenge. Thank you to all staff, from the yard to the room, dining to the food village. Eveline, your omelets as good as chef Stephens of Shaba, Margaret and her hosting team a delight, all wait staff, Kevin, Bernard, Mary, Julius M and Francis you spoiled us,but who is complaining.
Our rooms, it's like we checked in everyday, thank you Adam Juma, your house keeping was exceptional.
And to the Kids club Team, as a parent, thank you and from my kids to all the team, Fatuma, Tracy, Elizabeth, Mary S, Swabrina, Mercy the list is endless you made my kids holiday, you made my holiday.
