I recently conferenced at this hotel and the company spent a significant amount of money. While the property itself has potential, I was quite disappointed by a small but telling aspect of the service.

At the bar, I requested simple drink garnishes such as mint and sugar syrup. These are very basic cocktail ingredients that most hotels—especially those charging premium rates—normally provide without hesitation. Surprisingly, the staff refused to provide them and did not offer a clear explanation or any alternative.

Individually, this may seem like a minor issue, but small details like this make a big difference to the overall guest experience. When guests are paying for hotel services, they reasonably expect a certain level of service and flexibility, particularly for something so simple and inexpensive.

I hope management pays closer attention to these service details in the future, as they can significantly affect how guests perceive their stay.

The place is clean,the food is delicious, the rooms are neat, the breeze is super and the services are worth not forgetting the place.
Won't be fair if I won't mention Jacqueline she is good at what she do.

I had a nice business trip at sarovawhitesands.The fun factory was amazing 👌👌.
With the animation team very friendly,warm,Peris and Zainab were so good in engaging me with the various activities.Thumbs up to them, they made my trip more enjoyable.
They need a promotion because of their commitment, dedication and love.
I wouldn't mind bringing my family to experience this.

The stay here was great, nice service, food, conference and reception above all the gaming zone was awesome with very professional and engaging service by Zainab. Definitely a must return.

I was here for a wedding and had only one evening to review. Was slightly disappointed. Other than that amazing hotel with beautiful grounds.It's the staff and the outstanding service that is on another level. They cannot do enough for you. Agatha was exceptional. My first time in Mombassa and I would highly recommend this hotel

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.
What can we say? Our experience was extremely awesome. A big thank you to to Lucy Wangari, she ensured we are well settled and well received. May God bless her. Our interactions with the staff was good and welcoming. Rajab made our check in and out process smooth. Peter Githinji and Mwinyi Mwinyi made my sister comfortable at the swimming pool and gained confidence to learn to swim.

I had a nice experience in sarova whitesands .the Animation team were really helpful and engaging my kid with the games.my daughter Tandi had a wonderful time a the kids club. She promised to be back again. Her favourite kids club teachers are zeinab and peris .Titus and Gedion they are professional and also engaged us with the games at fun factory. We will be back again with my family

We spent a couple of days here and most of that was spent sitting beside or in the pool. It was very hot. Our room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. If you want to chill out in the sun for a few days this is a great place to be. The resort is beside the beach. However, if you walk on to the beach you will immediately be accosted by people selling snorkelling, camel rides etc. so I doubt if you will have the chance just to have a peaceful walk up and down the beach. The Italian restaurant there is very good, though when I was there I had a chicken biriyani, while the others had something Italian.
