No airport shuttle available when you need it, rude staff
Pros:

They advertise an airport shuttle but don't actually offer one most days. Do not bother- it is false advertising.

Cons:

The falsely advertised airport shuttle. People literally only book the hotel for this purpose and it does not exist. And the staff is extremely rude about it and does not offer alternatives.

Room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Big pink stain on Carpet. Went to shower and tub backed up full of disgusting hair.

Everything was great was a little surprised on a $50.00 deposit then to be refunded but okay with that unless it's not refunded

Fair, hotel was decent but they only have 1 washer/dryer. Took me 5 hours to wash 2 loads.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and plentiful. However, kitchen staff was rude at times.

Cons:

Rude staff including Assistant GM. Website states pets allowed. However, I tried to bring in my Registered Emotional Support animal and they turned her away. Told me I could take her to a different hotel.

Extremely clean and Convenient location close to airport!
Pros:

We were very impressed with this hotel! Breakfast was excellent and it is so close to the airport making it extremely convenient!
