Inside of the building is nice overall, bedrooms were nice and clean, liked the view we had by the window, liked the fact that we were able to use streaming services on the TV, bathrooms were great, stores around we walking distance, overall for the price for the stay wasn't bad.

Cons:

Things I personally didn't like were the fact that you had to pay for parking which is un-ordinary for me considering travels I've had in the past, never had to worry about that, had to pay additional fees at the desk when arriving. Our room was nice but the door to gain access to the closet was broken so we weren't able to use that during the moment but didn't mind since we weren't going to use but just the fact that the room had its problems during our stay, there were nails sticking out of furniture as well but were out of arms reach.

Friendly staff and clean facilities
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Location is great walking distance to Riverwalk and Milwaukee Public Market.

Wish the tv was able to have ways to cast more streaming channels

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly. The room was clean and had nice view of the dog park across the street. My family enjoyed the pool as well.

Cons:

About the only thing we weren't super keen on was the breakfast. It was okay, but felt a little bare-bones for $16 per person.

Pros:

Great location, we were able to walk from the bar to the hotel with no problems. Room was beautiful and the set up was nice too

Cons:

Staff wasn’t too friendly when checking in, and the parking lot wasn’t plowed
The lobby didn’t look too clean either

Pros:

It was pretty comfortable and clean. The pool was nice as well.

Cons:

The walls were peeling which doesn't look great, and not sure if we should've brought towels from our room or not to the pool. If they were provided there, there was no clean ones when we went. Not a big deal, just not sure how that's handled.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to even pay they wouldn’t try my bank card and told me to find a different hotel. The staff wouldn’t try the card and refused to help or let me explain it’s a master card to pay for the hotel room I had booked in advance. I had to quickly find another hotel to stay at and spend more then I needed. And when I asked where a hotel would take my card payment they shrugged and didn’t know and to call around. Very sad I was excited to stay there but was super disappointed.

I didn’t stay here. This was my birthday present to myself and my experience was horrible.
Pros:

The room was nice and big.

Cons:

I was charged incidentals and the elevator not working was the incident. My room was all way upstairs on the 4th floor.
