Pros:

It was pretty comfortable and clean. The pool was nice as well.

Cons:

The walls were peeling which doesn't look great, and not sure if we should've brought towels from our room or not to the pool. If they were provided there, there was no clean ones when we went. Not a big deal, just not sure how that's handled.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to even pay they wouldn’t try my bank card and told me to find a different hotel. The staff wouldn’t try the card and refused to help or let me explain it’s a master card to pay for the hotel room I had booked in advance. I had to quickly find another hotel to stay at and spend more then I needed. And when I asked where a hotel would take my card payment they shrugged and didn’t know and to call around. Very sad I was excited to stay there but was super disappointed.

I didn’t stay here. This was my birthday present to myself and my experience was horrible.
Pros:

The room was nice and big.

Cons:

I was charged incidentals and the elevator not working was the incident. My room was all way upstairs on the 4th floor.

they were rude and didn’t let us stay and the hotel we went to next said they’re reasoning wasn’t true. they basically left us stranded in downtown milwaukee with no resources until our parents called and made them find a new hotel for us

Miden well kept amenities

Cons:

No weekend managers,place was empty when we got there, needed to make different accommodations staff couldn’t help, and lady was rude-(Tamika). Also was charged fee twice and couldn’t get return receipt.
