המיקום מעולה, חדר נוח, הצוות שירותי מאוד ונעים,
חדרים שקטים, קרוב לאתרים תיירותים אבל מצד שני נמצא באזור שקט והחדר אטום לרעש.
מציינת במיוחד את קיריל בקבלה, שהיה סופר נחמד ונתן שרות מעולה.
לי היה חסר מאוד פינת קפה בחדר.

Breakfast area and choices were good. The beds were comfortable. If you like Ikea furnishings then this hotel will appeal.
The bathroom in the room was tiny- open the door and you hit the toilet. Neded more pillows on the bed and despite asking a few times only one arrived. Only a small hanging space for clothes and no drawers.
There is no direct room to concierge phone, you have to use What's App which is fine if someone answers.
The hotel position was a fair walk away from main areas so be prepared to walk.
We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the room was more spacious which we really appreciated as we stayed 4 nights
The location is good, staff are very friendly. Air condition is particularly good in hot weather.
Alloggio in Via Veneto, in una posizione davvero ottima: centrale, tranquilla e comodissima sia per raggiungere la zona di Termini sia per spostarsi verso Piazza di Spagna. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza principali. La camera standard è piccolina, con dotazioni essenziali, ma ben arredata, pulita e comoda. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono
La camera standard semplice nuova e ben arredata ha dimensioni contenute e le dotazioni sono piuttosto minimali, quindi non è l’ideale per chi cerca spazi ampi. Colazione sotto la media

Close to many of Rome's Major attractions and some exceptional restaurants
We enjoyed our stay
But when compared to other stops it was missing some minor amenities that enable you to enjoy the space. We would choose to stay again regardless of these minor conveniences not being available.
Great breakfast, nice decor (v modern) Friendly helpful staff, (Kirill),Clean and a very comfortable bed.
Shower very small and it’s just a little bit too far away from everything. 35 min walk to where you want to be which at the end of the day is uphill. About an hour walk from the trendy cobbled restaurant hotspots. In the Italian heatwave we were there in, this meant for some pretty hot and sweaty folks.
It was really close to the city centre as well as the staff are really helpful and friendly, they always helped out during the stay. Therefore we would really recommend it and definitely book their again. During the stay they proactively asked in the evening if they could assist us with anything and when we overslept they provided us with a lovely breakfast in the room.
We had a hate love relationship with the thermostat in the shower, the water was either to hot or to cold.

Leider wurde der PKW für ein prakhaus abgeholt am nächsten Morgen wusste niemand, wo der Wagen sich befände und kein Angestellter kööne das Fahrzeug bingen, da der Angestellte alleine sei Dann wurden wir ins falsche Parkhaus in der Nähe geschickt . Wieder ins Hotel mit Taxi ins nächste Parkhaus wo sich der Wagen dann befand.
