Nothing. My reservation was not honored because the electric went out. Which is beyond their control. However, the lady working the desk who informed me could’ve cared less about the inconvenience. When asked what kind of compensation I was told none. I wouldn’t let my pet stay at this hotel. As a former GM of a hotel and with thorough knowledge of the difficulties it takes to operate one completely inexcusable behavior and lack of empathy is pathetic! Stay away! There literally another Extended Stay on Turfway and I would recommend over this property
Strong cigarette oder in the halls. Its a safe area. The staff friendly. The chair was broken but they replaced it on the forth day. Have stayed here before because of price and the kitchens. It looks like they are replacing ac units that were stored in the hallways. Needs paint. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the go everyday so not much time in the room. Shopping is convenient.

I did not like that when I arrived to the hotel, I had to press 0 on the phone to have to wait 15 mins for someone to come check me in. When the door finally open it was two individuals that was under the influence (smelling like marijuana) but couldn’t assist me. Telling me that my reservation was cancelled due to a no show but I came and confirmed that I was coming. I paid for two nights and was not even allowed to enter the hotel room. Busy weekend in Cincinnati which put me and my family in a bind in getting a hotel to stay in
Smell in the room of humidity
The lobby smelled like a pile of old cigarettes. The room was a total dump. It smelled like cat pee. The ac was pouring water on the carpet and molding. There was c men running down the wall and bugs in the sheets. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen and I’ve been many place.
