The location and the staff was wonderful. The location was very convenient. With all the troubles I had the staff was very nice. It wasn’t their fault that the hotel is terrible.

Cons:

When I arrived there was a sign that stated that the pool and hot tub were closed. Also the Internet was extremely slow. The pool was the reason I chose this hotel. They should have notified you when booking your stay that these things were not available. Also, a hotel with spotty internet? I had to use my hotspot to download games on my computer so I could play them off line since I was unable to connect to hotel internet. I tried several times and it wouldn’t even load the browser.
The sound proofing was abysmal. I could hear clear conversations the whole evening in the lobby from my room. Then it sounded like a bowling alley on the third floor. Running up and down the halls , kids playing. And loud voices. This was at 1am.
Lastly when I arrived there was no hand soap in my room and only one set of towels. I had to go down and request both more towels and some soap. Oh and only a 1/3 roll of toilet paper on the holder. No additional rolls in room. Shower curtain way too short(barely inside the lip of tub, water hitting it pushed it out), water spewed on the floor and I had to clean it up.

Love the hot tub and that you can have adults only from certain times!

Cons:

Needed to request more toiletries but they were able to accommodate once asked so no complaints!

Very bad, I ask 3 different times and days to get a clean and they never clean any of my 7 rooms not even 1 tome
Pros:

Nothing, during the 6 stay days no one never showed up to do any clean. Even that we all ask 3 times.

Stay away from Country Inn hotel
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights 3/20-21/26. Bathtub was black on the bottom, so dirty, stained bedsheet. People smoked marijuana in hallway. People in/out till 2am.
My friend's room, carpet and bathroom floors were so dirty and sticky that they had to wear shoes around. Their room smelled like stinky feet and they could not switch to a different room because they were all booked up (so they said).
Our group booked 4 rooms and none of us could have a good night sleep because of the noise from above, doors slamming, smelly room, pots smell....AND NO coffee!
We'll pay more next time to stay at a better hotel than this one. STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!

Nice people, poor place
Pros:

Very friendly, on the other hand, the pool is down, woke up to a shower that did not work, and the vent in the bathroom poured water on me as I was trying to use the bathroom. Not a good experience! 😕

Website did not mention that the pool was closed and had be3n for months. Whole reason we choose this hotel. The beds were hard as bricks. No drain plug for the tub to give a baby a bath

Cons:

Bathroom floor was sticky and some of the furniture felt sticky. Like a dirty rag or water issue. The front glass door had circular streaks. Using water with rubbing alcohol and a squeegee would eliminate this.
