Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, could give even better service with minimal effort

Our room was amazing, it felt like a suite, superb quality, especially luxurious feeling bed linen!

Cons:

Felt staff on reception let down a 5 star quality - requested some milk in order to make tea ( at 3.00pm) and was told we had to wait until the American Bar opened at 4.30 to get some milk. We did not feel this was a particularly difficult or unreasonable request to be met and so felt somewhat let down by that as a service

שהיה מאד נעימה. כדאי לדעת שיש ממש בקרבה חניון ציבורי שמור, תת קרקעי שהיציאה ממנו היא ממש לרחוב של המלון במרחק 50 מטרים.

המיקום מעולה, המלון מכובד ויפה והחדרים נוחים וגדולים.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר טעונה שיפור מבחינת סוגי המאכלים שלעיתים נגמרים בבופה (ביצה מקושקשת למשל) וסוגי צלחות שחסרות. יש הרגשה שצוות השרות נמצא במרדף והוא לא נינוח.

Posizione centrale per visitare Torino
Pros:

La colazione rispettava la classificazione dell'Hotel. La posizione è molto centrale. Ottimo il servizio al bar dell'albergo

Cons:

lo staff è giovane e qualche caduta ci può stare. A parte la colazione in cui l'ordine di un caffè ed un cappuccino è stato sbagliato due volte, alla reception quando il cliente chiede se sia possibile anticipare il check in, previsto per le 15, non si deve rispondere ""purtroppo abbiamo prima un gruppo di ospiti che ha pagato per il check in anticipato": sopratutto in presenza di terze persone che ci avevano indirizzato in quell'Hotel.

Pros:

Frokosten var nydelig- elegant presentert. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og serviceminded. Veldig stille og rolig - hørte ikke noe støy verken fra gaten el fra de andre rommene. I trimrommet var det både håndklær og drikkevann. Bred og fin trapp dersom man ønsker å få trapp i stedet for å ta heis. Fin og trygg ordning for oppbevaring av bagasje ved avreise -man fikk en billett slik at andre ikke kunne stjele andres bagasje. Fint med både dusjsåpe, shampo, balsam og bodylotion på badet. Deilig med badekåpe som ble byttet hver dag. Veldig sentral plassering- kunne gå til shoppingturene og alle eventene. Fint med nærhet til elven hvor det var supert å jogge.

Cons:

Måtte vente litt på å få bord ved frokosten en dag. Det var litt dumt, siden jeg hadde dårlig tid. Og så var det en dag det var tomt for kokt egg. Det manglet forstørrelse speil på badet.
