Pros:

Wonderful breakfast, clean hotel with exremely comfy beds and rooms and bathrooms, bathroom amenity also perfect with the Etro bath and shampoos

the right address if you want to be in the center
Pros:

the location is in the heart of the historic city center, that 's why it was so easy to go anywhere we wanted, mainly on foot.
the double room has enough space for two, there is enough space to open the baggages.

Cons:

breakfast was limited, I would like find more options for food.
the vale service is extra cost, I would like to have this service included in the price.

Hotel lindo, parece cenário de filme
Pros:

O hotel é lindo demais! Decoração de época, parece cenário de filme. Quarto grande, super confortável, também a localização não podia ser melhor. Perto de tudo, rua charmosa, a estação pode ser atingida facilmente pé. E não é caro pelo que oferece. Recomendo com certeza.

l'arredo della camera e del bagno piuttosto scarni.
per la colazione avrei preferito più prodotti freschi, come ad esempio yougurt, marmellate o sprumute di frutta.

Un séjour reposant et très agréable en plein cœur de Turin
Pros:

Très bien situé, l'hôtel est magnifique à l'intérieur. Le rez-de-chaussée invite déjà à se détendre dans les grands canapés, et les deux salles de petit-déjeuner sont très agréables. D'ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner buffet est vraiment délicieux et varié.
Tout le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné et très réactif.

Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien décorée.

Cons:

Quelques légères déceptions, qui ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour :
- l'insonorisation trop faible de la porte de notre chambre (nous entendions les bruits du couloir)
- pas de vraie cafetière à disposition dans la chambre
- dans une ville gourmande comme Turin, dommage que le petit déjeuner ne propose pas de vraie crème de pistache ou de pâte à tartiner au gianduja
