Overall a great stay and very good breakfast with beautiful views across the pool area and beach
Pros:

We loved the service at this hotel, although it was very quiet the staff were attentive and the service was excellent throughout. The pool area and beach is lovely, plenty of space and mostly clean. I only say this as the pools did seem to be a little dirty but it was out of season and we understand there has been some wind and bad weather so it’s not surprising that there was dirt ect in the pools. The rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Lastly the breakfast was great and there was a good selection to choose from. Great location, and overall a very nice hotel.

Cons:

What we didn’t quite enjoy as much as we thought we would was the spa. Myself and my wife booked in for one of the body wrap treatments which I was looking forward to especially after running the Limassol Half Marathon that morning. However we discovered that the spa staff were told to use a different room for the treatment and unfortunately the experience was spoilt as we were laid on a heated waterbed that was far to hot, infact it was that hot that both myself and wife sweated buckets whilst trying to enjoy our treatment. The cream that was used for the body wrap was most likely sweated off especially when it came to the wrap, the head massage in myself had to be stopped because my face and head was dripping with sweat. It’s not nice for me nor the staff member doing the treatment. I will be emailing the spa / hotel about this matter as it just was not enjoyable at all unfortunately and put abit of a downer on the day. The rest of the spa facilities were great and the staff were very friendly.

Pros:

Wonderful greeting also by Hotel Manager was amazing with a surprise for my Parents too
Beautiful rooms with exceptional seaviews and roomy balconies next to each other
excellent range of accessories to pamper yourself
luxourious beds and bedding
fantastic range of breakfast selection from continental and hot food delecacies and sweets too
Should be a 5 star not a 4!!!!

Cons:

nothing which is why we will hopefully return to exactly this hotel for the same exceptional experience sometime in the future!
