Very friendly, spacious and beautiful beach location
View of the car park
The friendliness of the staff, the excellent cleanliness of the facility, and the delicious meals made us happy once again. We were very pleased with everything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel staff are lovely, especially the evening waiters and waitresses. If travelling with children the chiefs are very accommodating to help cook something they will eat if there’s nothing on the Buffet for them. Location was great only a 20min taxi to the old port/marina area which is great for restaurants and bars, bus is very easy to catch and only 2 euro. When we arrived as we had booked a family room there was a little teddy and slippers waiting for our daughter which we thought was very nice! She loved it. Comfy sunbeds by pool and no racing early morning to grab one, everyone listens to the hotel rule of no reserving sunbeds. Pool area is clean and spacious, kids area is shallow enough for them to stand up. Food quality was excellent and loads of choice.
This hotel could be something special ! If it paid more attention to the little things. Especially with the four seasons next door.
There are definitely a few tweaks they should look at to improve the overall experience.
- No music by the pool. Needed in background
- Tiles had fallen off around the pool this was Dangerous for the kids especially when they’re picking them up off the bottom, staff were told and they Never replaced them looked cheap.
- No facilities for kids. Needs small slide in pool or play area
- Proper coffee machine in room, these days all major hotels provide this.
- Need to offer all inclusive option
- Lunch by the pool should be included if on full board not as an extra charge.
- Breakfast should be held in Celeste or even once a week. Better views and has the morning sun on it.
- No information booklet in room about restaurants, times etc and none offered at check in.
- Hotel seem to allow large groups of men stay who get drunk at the pool bar which for a silly reason is in the kids pool and start jumping in, shouting at people right where kids are swimming, no staff member stopped this seem happy to keep serving them more alcohol.
- Was not very impressed that late at night there’s shouting down the corridors, people banging on doors and even on other guests doors, kicking them thinking it’s funny, not sure what type of guests this hotel approves of. Not good when you have small children sleeping.
- Hotels beach area needs smartening up looks tatty, needs a bar down there to offer drinks. Considering this hotel is sandwiched between two 5 star hotels they need to do better.

The hotel has amazing staff who all seem very happy. Nothing was to much trouble & the GM was very present which you rarely see. Would recommend 👌
Would of liked more berry style fresh fruit at breakfast

We liked the service of Nikolina at the front desk. She was extreamly efficient, polite and friendly and helpfull. We would like to highly recommend her and the rest of the stuff.
The outdoor pool needs an upgrade. It looks quiet old...k
