Good hotel need a big renovation, restaurant good. But you can see the time has been passing.

Nice lobby, but they tried to give us a downgrade room and then they gave us a hard to access room

This hotel is at best a 3* with very poor levels of service. We booked a suite 8 months ago, but when we arrived we were told that it was not available and given a much inferior room that was in a very poor state. I would definitely book at a known brand if visiting Mexico City!!

Excellent location. Clean gourgeous facitiy. Amazingly attentive and courtious staff. Incredible value at a much lower pricepoint then comparable properties near by. Incredible location close to the park. Very knowledgable conierge.

There was water in the room and leaks when it rain.

Property is very noisy. I was woken at 1am to the noise of guests making noise in the hallways and going in and out of the sky suites terrace. I could hear the smash of the door every time a guest or the Butler was bringing them drinks. The hallways also smelt of cigarette smoke.

I complained to the front desk 3 times and they did nothing. Finally at 3am I went to the terrace and asked the guests to leave and they did. Hotel staff couldn’t care less about my complaints. I did not manage to get any sleep after that.

Another problem is the AC hits right on to your face when sleeping.

The sky suite level has been remodeled, rest of the hotel looks tired and worn out.

Marquis Reforma offers great service and great food. Food is great at Los Canarios and La Cuchara Thank to Alex, Omar y Diego are always being looking after you. The concierge were all very friendly and attentive.

The Marquis Reforma is a stunning boutique hotel in the centre of Mexico City.

The hotel has an old world Spanish appeal to it and the rooms are stunning with very comfortable beds. They use luxury linens and house keeping services the rooms twice a day, with a turn down in the evenings.

The staff really make a stay here special. Everyone is genuinely very friendly and helpful. I have to mention Jose who is an amazing concierge. He suggested and secured excellent restaurant reservations for me on the weekend I was there. Also, Hector in the restaurant who made sure I was well fed at breakfast, which by the way is a choice of an excellent buffet or al la carte.

The hotel has a pool and spa but I didn’t use them. However, I spoke to other guests and they all raved about the treatments and the use of the pool.

The hotel is in an excellent location and only a short walk to the stunning Bosque de Chapultepec Park and it’s famous museum of anthropology. It’s also central to some of the best restaurants in MC.

The hotel is also value for money so you won’t regret staying here.

This hotel was amazing and in a great location. We went to the sports bar within the hotel very often and was served by Arturo. Arturo was so kind and polite and provided us with excellent service and an excellent experience! All staff that we encountered was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel for folks visiting CDMX.

HOTEL IS LOCATED IN ONE THE BEST AREAS IN MEXICO CITY. YOU FEEL SECURE AND YOU CAN WALK TO MALLS AND VERY FINE RESTAURANTS. IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY AND BE TREATED AS ROYALTY, YOU HAVE TO STAY AT THE MARQUIS DE LA REFORMA.
