Good but lacking
Pros:

This hotel had a good location, just off the main highway. It was close to the aviation museum and the Come From Away theatre. We asked for restaurant recommendations, they said theirs was the best. We ate at Union East the 2nd night, it was definitely better. The room, upon opening the door you see the light switch for the room light, surprise it is also for the bathroom. One switch both rooms. The room was like a tiny house, a double and twin bed with barely room to walk between. The bed had seen better nights, we didn't complain. The sheets were clean and made for a queen bed. The bedside light switch was mounted high on the wall so had to get out of bed to reach it. The staff was courteous but not overly helpful. The hotel did have good coffee. Breakfast was standard hot breakfast filling but not special. Would I return, probably not. It seemed overpriced for what we got.

Reasonable priced rooms in a good location. Not fancy and some things like the desk chair was worn out.
Pros:

Good location. Close to downtown and trails.

Cons:

Hallways were quite cold…too much air conditioning. Breakfast could use a couple more items….like oatmeal walnuts and berries.

The breakfast area is way too small to handle a full hotel. Perhaps if they had some paper plates to take food back to the room. I had to eat off site. What is the point of free breakfast if you can't eat it!

It was fine. Staff are terrific.
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic. It would be nice to see more fresh fruit than a bowl of apples.

Cons:

The fan/heater in the room was irritating. Running then stopping then running etc..

Would return based on staff and value.
Pros:

Location on highway very convenient. Though older hotel, reasonable value. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff from reception, to lounge to dining rm.

Cons:

Suggest liquid hand soap rather than bars of soap and addition of body wash.
