Hotel fine; staff good- security needed on busy weekends for noise control; the restaurant, bar and buffet needs a clean

Clean, friendly staff

Cons:

Thin walls you could hear the next room very clearly
No security to control hallway issues- a lot of kids running around and screaming well after 11pm and no one to address it.
The restaurant- we walked in for supper at 7:30pm…. Hardly any one in restaurant…. Stood at the sign to be seated for 15mins and never saw a worker…. So we left (if that was any indication of service we were going get no sense in staying).
The bar is sketchy and dirty…
Free breakfast option was great…. But there was not much to choose from- the line was insane, the waffle makers were in a corner- hard to get at and backed up the line.
The yogurt was all expired
No one watching or serving the buffet unless someone told a staff member things were out, the. It took a long time to refill. Limited offering:
Toast; some poor quality apples; expired yogurt; crappy coffee; scrambled eggs; bologna; waffles

Nice Facility, Desk Staff, terrible breakfast dining room experience - Not Celiac Frie
Pros:

The pool area is set up very unique, couches and bathrooms in the entry way, with a code for the door you must get from the desk. Inside the pool deck is clean and dry, with plenty of seats to sit and watch your kids at. 3ft in the shallow, 6ft in the deep

Cons:

Breakfast isn't really included if you are celiac or gluten intolerant. We didn't expect much and even with that in mind day 1 and day 2 consistented of being made to feel like an inconvenience. Myself and my sister also staying in the hotel, were told by the front desk we could order from the menu with our voucher something GF, they acted like this was typical for the situation. The only safe items for me on the menu were apples, GF toast and bacon. Yesterday it was ok, PB and Bacon sandwich, yum! But this morning the bacon put in front of me - made fresh to order - is charred black. Very disappointed, I would never have put this plate infront of a guest in my server days. stunned. It's a shame because there were so many goods for this stay by other staff, but this experience will turn me off from rebooking.
