Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes Business Hotel, mit Restaurant und schönem Außenbereich zum relaxen
Pros:

Das gesamte Team, besonders im Restaurant und eine Rezeption war äußerst zuvorkommend👍
Zimmer Wunsch würde berücksichtigt, und es hat wirklich alles gepasst und war eine erholsame angenehme Nacht. Auch das Frühstück war perfekt. Toller Service👍👍👍

Ein gutes Hotel, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Dorint Hotels ist sehr zentral an der Innenstadt gelegen und in circa 10 Minuten Fußweg befindet man sich am Eingang West der Landesgartenschau.
Das Abendessen in dem Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig okay und alles sehr lecker, überaus freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren beim Frühstück am Sonntag etwas später um 9:15 Uhr vor Ort und das Hotel war nach Angabe der Rezeption ausgebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es gab sogar Sekt.Leider keinen Lachs und die Brötchen Auswahl war nur noch auf normale Brötchen und Brotbeschränkt, alles andere (Laugen und Körnerbrötchen) waren schon vergriffen. Ein kleines Manko, alles andere hat aber gepasst.

Absolute terrible!
Pros:

Location of the property was ok. 15min walk to central neuss.

Cons:

The house keeping staff were the worst I have ever come across in my entire holidays over 15 years. Using same towels for 3 consecutive days is simply not good enough. On day 3 one of the cleaning staff knocked on my door 3pm asking to clean room, i told him I am getting ready to go out so come back in 1 hour. It was clear I was still in the room as I had loud music playing and the cleaner entered my room within 20min when I was half naked getting ready. As I left room 10mins later he was cleaning room 2 doors away and I told him please clean my beddings and towels as I am leaving. Low and behold he didnt even go to my room. Only on last day they cleaned my room as I had to tell cleaner i will complain to management if they dont do house keeping in my room. This hotel completely overcharges from the small shop they have inside hotel. I bought few beverages and a chocolate and it somehow came to over 25euro? I would never again stay in this unprofessional hotel.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - stadtnah, zentral und empfehlenswert
Pros:

Gute stadtnahe Lage, am Park, der zum Spaziergang einlädt. Zimmer komoftabel und modern. Sehr gut fand ich, dass im großen Teil des Raumes KEIN Teppich lag, sondern Vinyl verlegt war. Da hätte es neben Bett und unter Schreibtisch den Teppich nicht gebraucht. Klimaanlage war an, damit war es bei Ankunft sehr angenehm im Zimmer.

Cons:

Dusche bzw. Duschkopf - da brauchte es Verrenkungen und Improvisationstalent, weil der Wasserschlauch so verdreht war, dass der Strahl nur seitlich möglich war, da er sich in der Halterung gedreht hat! Und am Empfang ein großer Mastino als "Unterstützung" kann man heutzutage zwar verstehen, aber wer Angst vor Hunden hat, der hätte sicher keinen Spaß gehabt.

Achtung!! kein Standard Zimmer buchen!!!
Kein 4 Sterne Haus!!! keine Klimaanlage!! kein Kühlschrank, obwohl entsprechendes Möbel vorhanden!!! keine tägliche Reinigung!!! Handtücher Tausch nur auf Anfrage!!! Personal wenig entgegenkommend
Restaurant Service schlecht: Eiscafé bestellt… Normalen Kaffee erhalten mit extra Glas mit Eiswürfeln
einfach alles andere als 4Sternehaus!!!

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, дружелюбный персонал, недалеко от магазинов. За завтраком персонал исполнял любые пожелания. Чистота в номере на высшем уровне! Дополнительные подушки в шкафу, на втором этаже отдельная комната если нужно воспользоваться утюгом.

Cons:

Напор в душе очень слабый.
