30% Aufschag für Hund im Zimmer ohne dass der Preis bei der Buchung oder dem Checkin genannt wurde
Pros:

Das Hotel ist OK.. alles was man braucht ist da.. ausser einer Minibar... dafür gabs Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Aber leider werden Haustiere mit 20 Euro berechnet, ohne den Preis vorher transparent zu machen

Cons:

Was mit aufstößt ist, dass man für einen kleinen Hund 20 Euro die Nacht berechnet bei einem Zimmerpreis von 70 Euro. Das sind fast 30% Aufschlag, und das, ohne den Preis vorher klar zu benennen. "Bei der Buchung können Gebühren anfallen" steht bei Booking.. "KÖNNEN" Und beim Checkin hat der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption den Hund ohne Gebühr akzeptiert. Soweit so gut.. aber beim Checkout verlangte dann der Kollege 20 Euro. Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung diesen Preis aufzurufen, OHNE dass man über die Höhe informiert wurde. Wenn sie es nicht hinbekommen die Preise bei der Buchung zu benennen, sollten sie auch keine verlangen dürfen. Ich werde die Dorint Kette jetzt meiden, denn das ist weder fair, noch angemessen.

Für Übernachtung ok
Pros:

Gut, dass man in Neuss ein akzeptables Hotel findet, Innenstadtnähe, allerdings hätte ich als Frau alleine nicht abends aus der Innenstadt kommen wollen.

Cons:

Da ich ich extrem früh einen äußerst wichtigen Termin hatte, hatte ich um Weckruf gebeten, auf den ich heute noch warte.....

It was a nice and clean hotel but asking for german documentation was very odd.
Pros:

The location was good, really close to the trains and bus stations. It was very clean as well.

Cons:

They asked if we had any german documentation in order to check in to the room. Luckily my friend had a germany residency card, but it was really strange that they asked for it.
