Property basic but fine. Clean and comfortable

Convenient hotel with plenty of facilities nearby and very good for transport and links. Was in a quiet residential area.

Lovely hotel & very reasonably priced . Staff friendly. Breakfast was great . Lovely big bedroom but very uncomfortable to be in because of the heat.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very helpful. Although not walking distance to the main sites there are public transport links nearby. Nice little bar and restaurant, We didn't try breakfast but it looked like there was a good choice.
We had an economy room and the beds were really hard.
We didn't request housekeeping to come in to our room but they came in anyway.

It was nice. A very large and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket conveniently located around the corner

Inga elkontakter vid sängarna. En sänglamporna var trasig! Mattan mycket smutsig och fläckig. Mögeldoft i det fina badrummet. Dyr frukost!..

I liked the unique build of the hotel and the meet room I stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is so quiet & peaceful. The hotel is also very convenient to the train station as well as markets and a couple of nice restaurants! I highly recommend this hotel.

great place to stay

Chosen because conveniently situated for our cvisit to family. Also it's near the U-Bahn. Mostly friendly staff though one was a little brusque when we pointed out their coffee machine was broken. Staff take smoking breaks immediately outside main entrance hence a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the foyer area. In the room we would have liked coffee/tea facilities and a clothes hook in the bathroom. Oh, and at least one BBC channel on the TV/Radio would have been handy; all other countries were represented. WiFi kept dropping frequently.

Helpful, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable room. Also waived a late check-out fee, given that I woke up late, and forgot that the checkout time was 11am. Thanks!

Management was patient and professional. I particularly appreciated that management was understanding in regards to a payment issue that arose due to someone attempting to perpetrate identity theft against me when I first traveled to Germany in August.

I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But then again I always enjoy a breakfast consistent with German cultural practices!!

Meget specielt i disse Coronatider.
Ingen gæster og morgenmaden var en pose med sandwich, kage, æble og juice. Fri kaffe i restauranten.
Bøvl med nettet på grund af for mange enheder - vel normalt man har telefon og computer med, når det er et arbejdsophold
