Top! Noch vor der Anreise lief alles super. Wir hatten über ein Portal gebucht und es gab ein Problem, dies wurde vorab schon geklärt. Wenn jemand sagte, es würde zurückgerufen, wurde das auch gemacht. Die Kommunikation untereinander läuft auch super! Wir mussten nicht auf eine bestimmte Person warten, sondern konnten bei Ankunft direkt alles klären.
Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab alles was man brauchte. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll. Große Auswahl und wirklich durchweg lecker. Für Kinder gibt es sogar eine schöne Spielecke. Die Lage ist nicht so toll aber das weiß man ja vor der Buchung; ) ich glaube in Deutschland gibt es keinen Hauptbahnhof, wo die Situation eine andere ist.

Das Babybett war recht klein, für unser Baby von einem Jahr passte es gerade so.
