Die Übernachtung in dem Steigenberger war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich. Insbesondere der Barkeeper war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. 😊

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Direkter Zugang zur Messe/ Kongress.

Cons:

Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl in einem Steigenberger Hotel zu sein. Das Design ist sehr altbacken. Der Frühstücksraum gleicht einer Kantine. Für mich war es eher ein in die Jahre gekommenenes Messehotel. Nicht vergleichbar mit dem Steigenberger in Hamburg oder Dresden.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Personal am Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Vorweg: wir haben pro Jahr ca. 120-140 Übernachtungen, können die Qualität also gut vergleichen. Wir haben es noch nie so schlecht angetroffen. Die Zimmer waren nicht gereinigt, Ohrstöpsel des Vorgängers unter dem Bett, kein zweiter Nachttisch, keine Beleuchtung am Bett, kaputte Stehlampe, am Beistelltisch nur ein Sitzmöbel, das Bad stand am Anreisetag nach einer Dusche unter Wasser, keine Duschabtrennung, keine Trocknungsmöglichkeit Handtücher, ein zweiter Zahnputzbecher wurde als Luxus und nicht als Hygieneartikel empfunden und nur auf ausdrückliche Bitte herausgegeben. Der Service in der Bar war unterirdisch, unprofessionell. Steigenberger scheint sich vom Premium-Segment verabschieden zu wollen.
Die Stellungnahme des Hotels zeigt Ignoranz, viele Mängel werden gar nicht angesprochen, der Verweis auf ansonsten hervorragende Bewertungen setzt den Gast indirekt ins Unrecht. Sehr unprofessionell.
