Room was dirty. Insufficient towels for 4 nights. Locked out of our room once due to key issue . Breakfast was not better. No butter or syrup for waffles. You had to contact front desk to lock unlock pool area. Very unsatisfied. Will use Expedia next tome

Wash the floors. Our feet were literally black walking barefoot Bed was comfortable pillows nice. Shower?? Clean the tracks on both doors so the both open. Oh. Towels smell funny. . Maybe mount the shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Not the shower floor Breakfast ?? Nah. Pool area was very nice. The main office area inviting. New paint on the walls. It can be very nice if it was cleaner ( shower tracks and the floors). Value was good for a Friday and saturdsy

Lots of things broken or didnt work. Exposed wire! In their defense I think they were starting to remodel and I dont think they realize how much needs to be done

They advertise food and there was no food. The pool was not open and I had to get toilet paper for my room and there was no towels.

Friendly staff let me check in early but…
Pros:

They were in the middle of renovations. My daughter had a great room. Mine still needed more updating in the bathroom (no mirror and outlets weren’t covered)
