In our 5 day experience, friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast and a convenient location. Its not the most upscale of hotels and for some reason the noise from street level can occasionally reach room level but overall we are happy to recommend the hotel.

Se o quarto/habitação não estiver do jeito que voce contratou, RECLAME IMEDIATAMENTE

O atendimento do gerente geral do Hotel Sr. Lorenzo Vivalda. Quando chegamos ao hotel reforçamos que o funcionamento do ar condicionado era fundamental e nosso pedido foi ignorado pelo funcionario da recepção que foi identificado e informado ao Sr. Lorenzo. O ar foi ligado e funcionou a contento. Importante os Brasileiros não aceitarem o mesmo discurso de todos os hoteis na Europa que no inverno e outono e primavera nao querem ligar o ar condicionado para reduzir custos. Mas quando fazemos a reserva sempre esta lá claro que o ar condicionado existe e voce pode colocar a temperatura que te agrada e não aquela que o hotel decide.
