The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The dining room was clean and the food was hot. I was well impressed with the breakfast.

Cons:

The televisions were very old and the cable was not good, it came in and out. The girl that checked me in was not very friendly. The guy that checked me out the next morning was more polite and friendly.

Flexibility and Accommodation Were Satisfactory
Pros:

The peace, quiet and comfortability.

Cons:

#823 Coming in first night, the faucet of the tub was already running when I came in. Several drawers were opened and it looked odd. There was a stain above the bed on the ceiling where water had leaked in the past. So 2nd night was moved to 1011. Which seemed fine the next night although the heat was comfortable for my son and I. We were good enough that I purchased another night for the same room number.

Frozen - Heater wasn’t working properly
Pros:

1011 was located with more easier access.

Cons:

The heat could be smelled as if it were coming on but didn’t and the room was cold the entire night. The thermostat should a low battery. It was approximately 1 or 2 in the morning and I was sleeping, my dog was settled and I was not uprooting again. I definitely deserve a free room stay or a complete refund for that day.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

Let me start w the Front Desk Supervisor, Kiemion Dotson. Cheerful, clearly loves his job and people and it shows in the property.
Room was way more than we expected. Kitchenette, dishes and glassware. Full size coffee maker. Certainly a place to stay for a week. King bed, slept oh so good. Nice pillows. Seating area, very comfy. Tasteful decor. And clean, very important.
Breakfast was very good, I'm still giggling over the pancake machine.

Cons:

Can't think of one thing. 🤔
