Pros:

Had the 2 bedroom suite for a family w/ 3 kids. Was excellent for an overnight stay. Decent breakfast, very easy check in. Has a nice kitchenette. Would recommend.

Cons:

The pullout out couch mattress was a bit scary looking, thing has seen better days.

Great value for all that we received, including breakfast and cookies.We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and I loved the set up in the suites. Having separate bedrooms with bathrooms was very helpful for our family.

Cons:

Wish our rooms could have been closer together with other family members we were meeting with at Sonesta. But we were able to still gather together in the lobby area.

I did not care for the flight of stairs I had to go to and down to get to the room!! Especially having bad knees!!

overall, our stay was really good. even though there were a few issues, they were resolved quickly!
Pros:

i liked how it seemed like a little apartment rather than a hotel. they provided us with silverware and cooking utensils. there was a dishwasher, a large fridge, and a stove to cook on as well. the bed was really comfortable and i NEED to know what kind of pillows were on the bed because i loved them. we did have some issues with the room, but after talking to the front desk, they decided to not charge us for one of the nights we were staying. they also completely refunded the deposit to us as well. the front desk had great customer service. i never caught his name, but whoever was working between feb. 13-15 was so nice!

Cons:

my husband and i stayed for valentine’s day weekend. after looking around the room, we had noticed a few things were off. multiple cabinets and draws were broken, the faucet to the bathroom sink was also broken. we also found some fake eyelashes on the sink. to report the issues, we tried calling downstairs, but the phones were broken too.

I am staying there again
Pros:

I like it because you can cook your own food. The rooms are just right.

Cons:

It takes me 2 hours to arrive there. I wish it was closer. I will be coming back to stay again.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The dining room was clean and the food was hot. I was well impressed with the breakfast.

Cons:

The televisions were very old and the cable was not good, it came in and out. The girl that checked me in was not very friendly. The guy that checked me out the next morning was more polite and friendly.

Flexibility and Accommodation Were Satisfactory
Pros:

The peace, quiet and comfortability.

Cons:

#823 Coming in first night, the faucet of the tub was already running when I came in. Several drawers were opened and it looked odd. There was a stain above the bed on the ceiling where water had leaked in the past. So 2nd night was moved to 1011. Which seemed fine the next night although the heat was comfortable for my son and I. We were good enough that I purchased another night for the same room number.

Frozen - Heater wasn’t working properly
Pros:

1011 was located with more easier access.

Cons:

The heat could be smelled as if it were coming on but didn’t and the room was cold the entire night. The thermostat should a low battery. It was approximately 1 or 2 in the morning and I was sleeping, my dog was settled and I was not uprooting again. I definitely deserve a free room stay or a complete refund for that day.
