The best hotel for a holiday in Cannes
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel from 23 March to 27 March 2026. It was an upgraded Twin room with a view of the city, featuring two single beds
The hotel met all my expectations—everything described was exactly as promised. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, and all the furniture and items were in excellent condition, sparkling with cleanliness and freshness. The staff impressed me with their friendliness. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, fruits, drinks, and desserts. The location in the La Banane area is excellent—a calm, quiet neighborhood with a lovely square nearby.

Cons:

I have nothing but fond memories of my entire stay at the hotel.

Excellent stay in a good location.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for two adults and one child. We enjoyed using the roof top terrace and the spa area.

Séjour parfait ! 2ème fois que nous venons... et nous reviendrons.

2ème fois que nous venons en famille (2 adultes, 2 ados) dans cet hôtel.
Idéalement placé.
Chambre, literie et équipement au top !
Petit déj parfait pour commencer une journée cannoise bien remplie !
Petite dédicace spéciale aux personnels de réception et salle de petit-déj : ne changez rien vous êtes parfaits. On se sent accueillis comme à la maison.

The hotel is well located. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The terrace view was not very appealing, as it overlooked an inner courtyard surrounded by buildings, with a rather unattractive view. During our stay, I got sick, so we extended our room from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for half the daily rate. However, any extension beyond 3 p.m. is charged at the full price. At 2:58 p.m., the housekeeping staff were already standing outside the room waiting for us to leave, even though the hotel was only half full. I found this lack of flexibility disappointing.

La localisation est très bien dans Cannes. Les chambres sont très confortables et le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute.

Cons:

La problématique du parking de l’hôtel. Il est petit et il faut réserver longtemps à l’avance pour avoir une place. Ce n’était pas forcément inscrit clairement lors de la réservation.

Nice hotel with a good location.
Pros:

Modern, large and clean room with a very good size bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a good range of quality food and drinks. Polite and friendly staff. Fantastic city centre location. Good parking garage.

Cons:

The roof top area & Jacuzzi are in need of attention as it was looking tired and neglected. Had issues with the bedroom air conditioner but it was resolved in the next day.
