Good hotel in the nice district!
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Cons:

There was a renovation property. Our room was on the 4-th floor and We have to pass by 2 dirty floors.

Hatten leider ein Zimmer im Keller. Das war im Frühling ziemlich warm unten und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Ganz tolle Lage für Sightseeing, Baker Street und Regent's Park um die Ecke und trotzdem ruhig und sicher

Cons:

Das Waschbecken ist wirklich seeeehr klein. Achtung, der Lift geht nur bis in die 3. Etage, nur was für Menschen, die gut zu Fuß sind. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Pros:

Very clean and location was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. The shower was powerful for a hotel shower.

Cons:

The room was smallish, but the shower room was so small that we had difficulty getting through the shower entrance. The room was hot and could not alter the temperature as AC out of order.

J’ai été satisfaite du personnel, avec un très bon accueil. L’équipe est agréable et professionnelle.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n’offrait pas assez de choix. De plus, les chambres en sous-sol sont mal situées et laissent passer des courants d’air, ce qui est inconfortable.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ruhig, verfügt über moderne, saubere Zimmer und bietet ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Auch Adapter für die Steckdose konnten wir uns an der Rezeption leihen.

Bom custo benefício!
Pros:

Acho que a localização é muito boa. Próximo ao metrô e também a alguns bairros bem legais, possibilitando fazer coisas a pé. Também gostei dos mercados perto, de toda a região no entorno no hotel. O café da manhã era bem servido também. Vale a pena fechar a reserva com o café.

Cons:

Senti falta de mais tomadas para uso de chapinha, babyliss. Iluminação fraca. O quarto é relativamente muito pequeno, principalmente a área do chuveiro e privada, mas me parece ser algo comum em Londres. Nosso ar condicionado não estava funcionando, mas não fez falta porque estava frio. A janela não abria de um dos lados.

I was in London for business but staying here always feels like a bit of a holiday.
Pros:

I stay here regularly. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations but it’s still a lovely place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and always immaculately clean and very good value for money. The team are friendly and the breakfast is basic but offers a good start to the day. I love the location - quiet but very close to Regents Park and Baker Street tube. An interesting and attractive part of London that is often overlooked.
