Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Hotel was amazing - very comfortable, perfectly located, lovely terraces etc

Cons:

I’ve given it 9 rather than 10 as, while some of the reception staff were incredible, others were not so helpful or borderline rude.

Das Ambiente ist einzigartig. Wir übernachteten in der gemütlichen Deluxe Cave, es war ein Traum. Das Frühstück, die Dachterrasse und der Pool mit Sauna haben den Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht.

Cons:

Unsere Cave hatte keine Fenster, das hatte zu Folge, dass alles nach und nach immer feuchter wurde. Es hat unser Aufenthalt nicht weniger angenehm gemacht, aber ich denke, man könnte da was unternehmen.

Beautiful hotel in magical Cappadocia
Pros:

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and very atmospheric, central location in Goreme

Cons:

Everything was great, some more attention if I was being niggly on swimming pool and sauna area, pool cold and shower facilities looked tired

Luxury hotel with a great location and friendly staff
Pros:

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. It was beautifully furnished, we appreciated all the small details like fresh chocolate chip cookies in the room upon arrival. The location was perfect, a short walk to the view point and right off the main street. The views of the town from the hotel’s many rooftops and the restaurant were amazing, and we were able to watch the hot air balloons from the rooftop. They flew right over the hotel. We loved our spacious suite. The bedroom was huge and had windows, so did the living room. The bed was comfortable and linens were also very nice. I think the bathroom was carved into the rock. In addition to the shower, we had a huge bathtub in the bathroom that my kids loved. The hotel offered a Turkish breakfast with an excellent selection of anything that you might want for breakfast (sweet and savory options). We loved the cave spa area and the swimming pool carved into the rock. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and nice. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back.

A great first experience of Turkiye - with brilliant customer service
Pros:

The property felt very luxurious. And just enough away from the main drag which feels like a movie set !!
Our suite was massive ( after coming from Istanbul!) and the aircon was sensational !

Wonderful stay in the heart of Cappadocia
Pros:

Nothing to complain about.
Beautiful and spacious rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, good food, and a perfect location.
A little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice, but that is just nitpicking.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the spa area.
The pool is located in an enclosed cave-like space, which means the noise from what is presumably a large ventilation system is quite noticeable.
As a result, it is not the ideal place to quietly relax or read a book. Again, just nitpicking.
