A very pleasant stay with great staff, delicious food and excellent service.
Pros:

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Especially Fatma from the restaurant was very friendly, sincere and attentive. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel was also very clean.

Cons:

Everything was generally very good, nothing significant to complain about.

An exceptional stay!
Pros:

The location was very convenient, just a few meters away from shops and restaurants. We stayed for three nights and had no complaints at all. The rooftop view was beautiful—we watched the hot air balloons rise during sunrise—and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, almost spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the amenities provided. The breakfast spread was magnificent; everything was delicious. There was also a cute resident dog, Daisy, who was just the loveliest. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia.

A stay to remember!
Pros:

The property was incredible. It was comfortable, and stylish. We stayed in a suite which was beautifully presented and had lovely amenities.
The spa was very relaxing and the restaurant excellent.
Fatma served us daily and was a delight. So helpful and accommodating.

Exceptional hotel. The room was beautiful with a very comfy bed and nice terrace with amazing views. The spa area was also great and the food was very good. Fatma, who was attending us in the restaurant was very friendly and also the staff at the reception was helpful.

Pros:

Very good stay! The hotel is clean and from the terrace you can see the hot air balloons. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. Service crew Aminah was fantastic, and all the hotel staff were great too. The location is perfect right below is the town with lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. Highly recommended to everyone!

Amazing stay and experience
Pros:

I can’t describe how exceptional this stay was.
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony — the view was amazing and the room was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast on the terrace was the best we’ve had in Turkey, and the cherry on the cake was the breathtaking view through the glass walls in the restaurants.
The staff exceeded all expectations, with remarkable attention to detail. I simply loved this place and would love to come back when the weather is milder.

Cons:

Although thhe sauna was good, the water temperature of the pool was quite cold.
