Wonderful hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

Pros:

Hotel lindo, localização perfeita, a poucos passos do centrinho, próximo à lojas e restaurantes. O quarto normal, não caverna, não é grande, mas acomoda tranquilamente duas pessoas. O café da manhã é incrível, servido na mesa. O hotel tem algumas áreas externas para o hospede possa apreciar os balões. Recepcionistas gentis, sempre dispostas a ajudar. Gostamos do hotel desde a reserva, entraram em contato via whatsapp, contratamos o transfer e fechamos o passeio de balão com a empresa que eles indicaram.

Cons:

O quarto caverna, apesar de ser aconchegante e espaçoso, é muito úmido, tem um cheiro forte de mofo, não conseguimos permanecer nele por mais de 02h, tivemos que trocar por uma categoria inferior, porém sem mofo.

Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to all the restaurants and shops in town. The hotel also has a great rooftop patio, which is a perfect spot for watching the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Plus great breakfast offering.

Cons:

The facility is a bit outdated, and unfortunately, the wooden floor in the restroom has started to rot.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops in town. However, the property is located right next to a mosque, which is something to be aware of. The morning call to prayer is extremely loud and starts around 5:30 AM, so light sleepers may have difficulty getting back to sleep afterward.

Pros:

Great location. Clean and tidy staff very very helpful.

Cons:

It was a shame the restaurant was not open. The bar on the top floor closed at 4pm which we felt was too early. I think that this will change once they finish the work being done.

The room stank like a swimming pool. I had no WiFi for the whole stay in my room .they brought an engineer out and they told me there’s nothing they can do . They specifically listed WiFi and I needed to check in to my flight and contact my kids so I had to go out into the nights where it was supper inconvenient The breakfast was the same stuff everyday. No options it was la carte so they decide what they give u . The

FANTASTIC
Pros:

This was hands down the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at (previously this title belonged to Four Seasons Mumbai - for reference).
The room was incredible. The spa??? fantastic. Breakfasts were some of my favorite meals in Turkey. Staff absolutely lovely.

Cons:

Two extremely minor issues:
1. Our shower water kept spilling all over the bathroom.
2. Sauna at the spa was a little colder than expected.
Truthfully, it's difficult to come up with negatives about this hotel. I was most impressed, and would absolutely stay here again.

Très agréable, très propre et bien localisé, avec une équipe très compréhensive.
Pros:

Très copieux et très bon. Il n’y a pas de carte, plusieurs plats sont directement amenés à table.

Cons:

Le restaurant qui est réputé à Göreme était fermé pour renovation sans que l’on soit prévenus.

Fairly good value, good location and great breakfast. Staff not very helpful/accommodating.
Pros:

Breakfast was a highlight - great variety an service, beautiful location. The location of the hotel overall is great - very central and easy to walk around town. The rooms were fine, in-room coffee and refrigerator sufficient (though the mini fridge is very loud and has a bright light that is disruptive to sleep). The massage was great, and the pool very cool.

Cons:

The staff seemed to act like they were doing us a favor for every interaction. The checkin was long and awkward without a clear explanation of where to park, how to easily get our luggage to our rooms, etc. There is no water available in the lobby/reception area, which is very large and spread out, but it's unclear why anyone would use that space. The staff were evasive when we asked about booking a Whirling Dervish ceremony and would not give a straight answer about the location or cost, so we ended up figuring it out on our own. There was a technician taking up one of the 4 parking spots for the hotel, so we had to circle the streets looking for parking with no helpful suggestions from the hotel staff. We booked a room with a terrace, which turned out to be a very tiny room, despite costing more than the humongous room with a bathtub our friend booked. The terrace turned out to be a shared terrace, not private, which was not made clear in the room description. When we checked out, we were surprised by a requirement to pay for the two 90 euro massages in cash, which was not explained at the time we booked them. The receptionist made a big deal about calling someone to get special permission to let me pay by card, but this was a long and cumbersome check out process.
