Excelente experiência! Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados durante toda a estadia. O hotel é lindo, aconchegante e proporciona um ambiente muito agradável.

O café da manhã é simplesmente incrível, com muita variedade e qualidade. Um destaque especial para a Fátima, que nos atendeu com muita simpatia, atenção e cuidado em cada detalhe.
Parabéns a toda a equipe!

Cons:

A piscina aquecida poderia estar um pouquinho mais quente, talvez uns 2 graus acima. Mas isso é apenas um detalhe e não compromete a excelente experiência.

Staff took very good care of us, breakfast was delicious with smiling staff, rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Cons:

The noise of the minibar but you can take it off :) Just a note, for hamam lovers; there is no hamam in the hotel but the rest is perfect

Value for money luxury stay
Pros:

Breakfast was typical Turkish , meaning variety and lots of local tasteful options. Quite pleased with it.
Cozy spa area, we took advantage of it too.
Concierge team made our stay unforgettable, they took care of us so nicely organising our daily activities.

Cons:

My partner wasn't so happy with the bed mattress and the pillows. She didn't feel them as comfy. I didn't have such an issue . So, just to mention that.
We visited the place during Eid so for 2 nights we had this bar-restaurant nearby with loud music until midnight or so. It didn't ruin our sleep but it was something we didn't expect.

繁華街の側で便利で買い物や食事に困らない　朝食がおいしかったし食事しながらカッパドキアの景色が楽しめた事です。ペットボトルの水を毎日一人2本もらえたこと

トイレに入ると使用済みのトイレットペーパーが床に落ちていた。翌日観光名所から戻るとまだトイレットペーパーが床に落ちていたこと

Very beautiful stay. I would recommend it. Excellent location all you need is nearby.
Pros:

The staff are warm and welcoming. Melisa at the reception, Fatma at the restaurant. The rooms are nice and warm. Truly enjoyed my stay. Everyone was nice.

Cons:

For my room, the shortest way to access the SPA is through the street, then take another entrance into the SPA. The massage room needs dimmer lights or switches and some calm music to help relax you.
