Amazing stay and experience
Pros:

I can’t describe how exceptional this stay was.
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony — the view was amazing and the room was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast on the terrace was the best we’ve had in Turkey, and the cherry on the cake was the breathtaking view through the glass walls in the restaurants.
The staff exceeded all expectations, with remarkable attention to detail. I simply loved this place and would love to come back when the weather is milder.

Cons:

Although thhe sauna was good, the water temperature of the pool was quite cold.

Exceptional Stay at Carus Hotel

We stayed at Carus Hotel in Göreme during our honeymoon, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable.
From the very first contact, everything was thoughtfully and generously arranged to make our stay truly special. The welcome was warm and attentive, with a lovely surprise waiting for us in the room that immediately set the tone.

The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable.
The service was simply outstanding. The team took care of everything with efficiency and kindness: activity bookings, transportation, airport transfers… we genuinely felt supported and at ease throughout our stay. The breakfast was varied, high-quality, and delicious.

A very special thank you to Zeynep, whose professionalism, availability, and kindness played a major role in making our stay so successful. Her support and dedication, even before our arrival and throughout the entire stay, truly made all the difference.

The facilities are impeccable: the heated pool is beautiful and perfectly clean, and the sauna offers a truly relaxing experience.

We will cherish unforgettable memories of our time in Cappadocia and will definitely return without hesitation.

Gorgeous hotel and beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast with a beautiful view, great staff
Pros:

We stayed for three nights. Carus is a beautiful hotel in a central position in Goreme, very convenient for tours, restaurants, shopping etc. Staff were all very kind and helpful. Parking was included and the staff parked our car for us which was great. We mentioned a small issue with our shower leaking (not a major issue) and were given the option to move to an upgraded room. Both the original room and upgrade were cave rooms and were fantastic, very atmospheric and beautifully decorated. Beds were large and very comfortable and the showers were great. The hotel also had a great pool and sauna which we used (although you did need to tell staff to turn the sauna on 10 mins ahead of time). Despite it being January everywhere was warm. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was also fantastic and the views were wonderful, it was a great way to start the day!

Cons:

We loved our stay here and would strongly recommend Carus, the only tiny niggle would be that it would have been helpful to know that we needed to give advance warning for the sauna.

Idyllic retreat into the Cappadocia hillsides.
Pros:

Despite being located conveniently bang in the middle of Goreme, close to everything you need, Carus' cave rooms feel in a world of their own. The rooms are beautifully furnished, quiet, and comfortable, and the pool and sauna are heavenly. Views from the restaurant are also sublime.

Nothing, this was a perfect stay in a beautiful hotel.
