Excellent stay!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally from check-in to check-out, making the whole stay feel effortless. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing and not a 5 star hotel even by Rome standards.
Pros:

The staff at the reception /check-in. Location was reasonable but not great.

Cons:

The room structure and decor, the quality of house keeping. The fact that they had paper cups for coffee and tea in the room. We had stayed in this hotel in 2019 at which time the hotel and service was much much better. It seems that the new ownership as Millenium group has affected the quality of the hotel overall. I would not rate this hotel more than 4 stars.

Mediocre But Served Its Purpose
Pros:

This hotel is fine from a utilitarian perspective but there is a lot of room for improvement. The front desk staff are not terribly helpful (they never once were able to break larger bills when needed to tip bellmen) or friendly. The breakfast was fine but not great (though service was better there). The room lacks counter space which is needed when traveling between cities - this despite the fact that there was plenty of floor space. The location is also mediocre. Directly across from the US Embassy the hotel is located in a nice area but almost too quiet and lacking in amenities.
