Tolles slh Hotel mit Charme, leckere Küche, komfortabel. Danke!
Pros:

Schöner Stil, komfortables Zimmer mit hohen Decken, freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und gutes Essen, gute Lage direkt vorm Schloss. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Cons:

Personenwaage und Uhr in der Wand in meinem
Zimmer sind nicht mehr funktionsfähig, war mir nicht so wichtig, kann aber nachgebessert werden.

To był już drugi nasz pobyt w tym hotelu, obsługa przemiła, śniadanie wspaniałe.
Nie było problemu ze strony recepcji, aby zostać w pokoju trochę dłużej- mieliśmy późny lot do Warszawy.

Cons:

Byliśmy tam za krótko, jeszcze jeden dzień dłużej by się nam przydał.

The perfect post-wedding getaway with world-class dining and exceptional service.
Pros:

My husband and I chose this beautiful hotel right after our wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. The room was incredibly comfortable, the design throughout the property is stunning, and the F1-inspired drinks at the bar were a delightful touch. The highlights were the exceptional hospitality from the polite staff, the exquisite dining and the magnificent breakfast buffet were absolutely superb.

Cons:

Our only regret was that our stay was so short, as we enjoyed every single moment and are already looking forward to returning.

I had a problem with a driver arranged by the hotel.
On 11th June, I had emailed a formal complaint and had sent to info@hoteldelaville.com; r.napoleone@hoteldelaville.com; reservation@hoteldelaville.com

Unfortunately, up to this date I did not receive any feedback despite several follow-up calls from my assistant.

Lyx för en dag.
Pros:

Hyfsat läge. Är det riktigt varmt så kanske 15 minuters promenad in till centrum är långt. Annars inte. Supertrevlig personal. Gediget. Bra ac. Rymlig parkering. Bra frukost.
