It was comfortable.
Pros:

We had breakfast in our room. The location was convenient to stores & restaurants.

Cons:

The water was lukewarm. We couldn’t get hot water for showers.

Don’t go in the pool!!!!!!
Pros:

The room was great, except the ac leaked, and the pool and pool room was nasty. It was foggy green, couldn’t even see about a foot in, looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a little bit (it made my skin itchy and have bumps on some areas, my eyes and face burn from the chemicals) and the pool room in general looks like they haven’t taken good care of it. Def would stay again, just not go in the pool.

The hotel room served its purpose.

The coffee section that works 24/7.

The room we stayed on needed work, there were tiles in the bathroom that were off,

Cons:

I wasn’t able to check in at 3 pm like i was originally told. I was originally told it would be 30 minutes but wasn’t able to check in till 5 pm. We got ready in the lobby. We did not get an accommodations, we got water, that was it. We were late to our event and then we saw a roach at one point once we got into the room. It’s very inconvenient to not be able to check in at 3 pm like we were originally told. This could have been preventable by ensuing the guest are out at the time they were told or having extra linens. We will be choosing another hotel.

The room was great! The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Connecting room would have been great if we were sharing it with family, but we weren't. Our neighbors were a bit loud. You could hear everything.
