location was great, just wish there was a back entrance. It was clean.
The beds were too hard and hurt my back. The a/c in our room and I think on 4th floor was not working well. Hall was always warm and room would not cool down enough. Floors had holes in them and felt like it was falling apart. but I know they are doing some work on hotel so hopefully will improve.
For 250.00 + tax I was disappointed. The hotel is upgrading out side, no sign where you should enter, very hot until I got to my room and it wasn’t cold but ok. The fence around property falling down and open spaces missing. I won’t stay at another Marriott…they used to be top of the line. I was told there was breakfast, but you had to pay for it. I didn’t eat.
I didn’t get what I paid for. I’m not a complainer, but I was very disappointed

Great location. Clean environment
Would’ve liked it if it was fully fenced but that’s just preference.
Nice location. Nice staff. Nice bar lobby area. Friendly.
The property is beautiful! It’s modern and well landscaped. It was clean and there was maintenance staff visibly working to keep it tidy. The selection at the “mini-mart” was surprisingly good, I was happy to see Marie Calendars frozen meals when hunger struck at 10:30pm! The selection of snacks and sundries is solid. They had ice cold water and fruit infused water in the lobby, a notable nice touch and super refreshing. The property does have a laundry facility- which I love.
As much as I enjoyed almost everything else about our stay—- the BED felt like sleeping on a bag of Kingsford Mesquite BBQ briquettes. We didn’t lie down in the bed until late in the evening or I would have asked to change rooms. It may just be a bed that needed to be replaced a few decor iterations ago, and I don’t think every room has the issue. But for us, on this stay- the bed was a huge miss. It felt very tight and solid to the touch, but in practical use the large bag of charcoal is the best comparison. I’m a very petite female, my larger heavier husband had a worse time of it than I did, however.
The laundry facilities were out of order at the time of our visit with no ETA for repair
We wanted to visit the pool or hot tub, but we had a short trip and unfortunately there were several unsupervised elementary age children running amok around the pool area around 8pm. Since the pool area closed at 9, we didn’t have a chance to try another time. No big deal.
Just to be clear- I’m a mom and a grandma. I love children, I love to hear children playing - even loudly and chaotically so long as the play is appropriate. In this case, the children needed some guidance and we chose a documentary instead.
