Cons:

We like nothing about this place. We left the day we arrived. There is mold, there's holes in the walls. The paper on the walls is all coming down. We switch rooms twice. They were both awful hair in the bed i could go on and on, they need to shut this place down and try again the poor staff

Pros:

The staff was kind and inviting.

Cons:

There were stains on our bedsheets. The couch in the room was stained. The curtain barely closed. The bathroom tile and floor are stained. And when I got out of the shower, the floor was so dirty that you could see the dirt in the water of my footsteps. It was gross. We will not be staying there again for $200 a night, I expected a lot more.

It was a place to sleep.. has gone downhill for sure.
Pros:

the location was located within nice area of town, close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Cons:

The floors were trashed - literally rolled my ankle walking down the hallway due to the failed structure of the floor. The restaurant/bar was attended by someone who did not know how to operate the register- literally had to facetime someone for help and ultimately was unable to get it figured out so had to shut down completely. It took an hour to get help cashing out at the front desk because they apparently didnt have the ability to do it either.

Pros:

Stayed one night. Afternoon host did not want to check un in a 2:40pm, said we would have to wait- "room not ready", then checked us in at 2:45. Hotel is in dire need of a refresh. 1st floor elevator wall way look like sprinkler system went of and no repairs were made. 3rd floor AC was not working, 3rd floor hall floor way actually has holes and soft spots under carpet you feel walking down the hall. The room we were assigned did not appear dirty, just tired. Water damage, mildew around A/C, cracked tiles and broken grout in shower, lots of spackle and caulk, burned out lights, no soap in shower dispenser, etc. etc, etc. This property is not up to expected Marriot standards.

Pros:

location was great, just wish there was a back entrance. It was clean.

Cons:

The beds were too hard and hurt my back. The a/c in our room and I think on 4th floor was not working well. Hall was always warm and room would not cool down enough. Floors had holes in them and felt like it was falling apart. but I know they are doing some work on hotel so hopefully will improve.

Pros:

For 250.00 + tax I was disappointed. The hotel is upgrading out side, no sign where you should enter, very hot until I got to my room and it wasn’t cold but ok. The fence around property falling down and open spaces missing. I won’t stay at another Marriott…they used to be top of the line. I was told there was breakfast, but you had to pay for it. I didn’t eat.

Cons:

I didn’t get what I paid for. I’m not a complainer, but I was very disappointed
