Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

No staff in lobby for at least 15 to 20 minutes for check-in. Room was not well cleaned, there were cobwebs on the valances, stained comforter, small burn hole in sheets, flooring was uneven, and door was difficult to open. Staff was unprepared for breakfast after at least one hour into hours, sighed when asked for assistance by guests like they were being bothered.

Not a good experience.
Cons:

First of all, the cleanliness of the room was sub par. The room has a very stale smell. Smelled like mold or mildew. Also, the bath tub in one room was clogged after showering. The room had mosquitoes. In addition, there was no sound on one of the televisions. There was some visible repair work on one of the walls that was poorly done. The carpet was in the room needs to be replaced. I would not stay there again. Paid too much for the room to not be happy with the room condition.

It was clean and the staff were really nice.

Cons:

My third day there, I walked out of my room to go get breakfast and it smelled like someone was smoking drugs. The smell was non stop until I left 2 days later.

Amazing spot
Pros:

Friendly, clean and the breakfast was very good. Loved the pool hours. . Right next to mall everything was so close gas station across the street , McDonald's as well. Arizona mills was walking distance.
