Good value, nice location for central Tempe activities
Pros:

Good location for a stay in Tempe, set up very well for the amount of people we had in our party.

Cons:

The property could use a good deep cleaning.

Glad to have stayed at Sonesta, but wouldn't again unless in a pinch
Pros:

Double King suites, immediate response to no WiFi (tech reset their equipment)

Cons:

At least rm#1712 - AC ran constantly and only reached 78, black mold on metal in vent in bathroom, some bugs in room especially in bathtub (couldn't say cockroaches but definitely needs an exterminator), couch and desk chair were dirty with crumbs in creases definitely needed cleaned beforehand.

YUCK, BED BUGS!

It’s close to stuff, I guess?

Cons:

Mostly the bed bugs, filthy room and horrible staff. I reserved a suite for 3 days and left in less than 24 hours. They charged me in full for all 3 days, tried to gaslight me, and KEPT THE $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT. There is BED BUGS, y’all! They took over $500 from me for a less than 24hr stay. With bugs! Google this hotel before you book - don’t trust the reviews on this site alone.

Great but could have been even Better
Pros:

Loved the location, the quietness and the feel of "home".

Cons:

I didn't like that the TV did not work and I had called the front desk for help and no one came and ended watching TV on my tablet the entire stay.

Cons:

One bedroom door was not there. It was removed from its hinges. Offered absolutely no privacy. The sliding mirror closet door was also gone. Only 1 was on.
