Didn't get what we paid for

Cons:

We were never told that the pool was closed, no notice on website, I called 2 days and was never told and when we checked in we directly asked what time the pool opened & closed and was told 6.30am to 10pm. Get to the pool with thr kids sign posted closed. Went back to figure out what's going on because literally 2hrs ago we were give the pool hrs. Contacted booking who transferred back to the hotel & the hotel transferred back to booking.

Be very careful using booking customer service will not help any issues you may encounter and thr hotel denied our request to speak to a manager would not credit any portion of our bill, customer service is -10 i would not recommend booking this property through this platform.

Nice hotel I’d stay again
Pros:

At first I was a little iffy about the place but even you staying regardless hoping for the best but it turned out really nice
We had the suite and it was nice,spacious and clean. It’s a little outdated but it was clean. The staff was great. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. We ate the a few mornings.

Cons:

If I had to complain about anything is only the traffic noise at night but I’m a light sleeper and it’s not the hotels fault

Very pleasant environment, best beds and water pressure.
Pros:

Clean room and best customer service starting with the front desk. I called to ask about laundry service and they made it so simple.

Cons:

No trash can in the bedroom and dim lighting.
