Pros:

The lady upfront was so nice, I feel so bad since she was stuck at the hotel during the horrible snow storm. Her customer service was top tier! Will definitely rebook!

Staff gave us a hard time about asking for extra towels. I had no knowledge of the surrounding areas. Give us a hard time about getting three key cars because we had three adults would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very clean room, nice workers, seemed to be local/family owned branch

Cons:

Breakfast did not appear to be available, though the site mentioned coffee and a breakfast item. Our bedside lamp was broken. Many of the TV remote buttons were broken, making it impossible to use the TV other than its basic cable setting, even though there were other options.

Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I've traveled quite a lot. The staff are not rude but seem careless. It was the first time I was not allowed to leave my luggage. On the first day, I barely managed to ask them to keep it for me, but the next day they refused, and I had to carry my luggage around all day. I’ve never had this problem even in cheap hostels.

The first room I received had a water leak, and there was no hot water. The lighting was provided only by a table lamp, as the ceiling lamp was missing. The facilities are very old and are not as advertised.

Transportation to the city is good during the day, but buses run only every 1 to 1.5 hours. After 7 PM, there are no buses, and you have to call a taxi.

I recommend choosing a different hotel if possible.

Online it says the hotel offers a breakfast which is one of the main reasons I booked. It was a brown sacked lunch with a water, OJ, and muffin. Also the room smelled like badussy.

location was decent, close to everything.

Cons:

Room not ready at check-in time. Light bulb blown in lamp. Water continuously dripping in tub. Road noise - rooms proximity to roadway too close. Overall dingy place.

La cama es muy cómoda. Dos rollos de papel de baño. El aire acondicionado enfría muy bien.

Cons:

Él precio es muy alto por noche para un hotel de dos estrellas. No tienen elevador funcional y tienes que cargar las maletas por las escaleras. La ubicación no es ideal si el plan es utilizar el transporte público. El personal del mostrador es muy poco amable y muy poco cooperativo. No resguardan maletas después del checkout. No sirve su máquina de hielo. No hay desayuno. No hicieron mi habitación en ninguno de los dos días que estuve ahí. No hay caja fuerte ni cajones.

It was a waste of money
Pros:

Nothing. I paid for four guests and we couldn’t even get clean towels

No clean towels and the front desk guy was rude and would ignore people to talk on the phone
