HORRIBLE I THOUGHT IT WOUID HSVE BEEN BETTER OVERALL ESPECIALLY SINCE WYNDMM IS UNDER DAYS INN TO REPRESENT THEM. I immediately wanted to check out and stayed one night, $404 would been my price for a 3 day stay and it’s not even worth $4. I missed the 2.5 rating but even that should say 1.5, it’s not for me or anyone I know highly disappointed and want a refund for the one night I didn’t sleep

The facility was a dump, and I don’t say that lightly. The room stunk of cigarettes, and it was supposed to be non smoking. There were burn marks on the bathroom vanity, holes in the walls, the bathroom door was kicked in and repaired, the outside was littered with cigarette butts, the tub was stained, and the room was dirty. The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I was skeved to sleep there. When we got home we washed everything, bags and all, for fear of bed bugs. It’s the kind of hotel you’d bring a hooker to, no kidding. I wouldn’t, recommend it to anyone, regardless of the price.

I didn’t like seeing a window broken, caution tape 2 doors down from my room on the outside. It made me concerned to leave my room and come back in the evening. It was not the cleanest on the outside. The tv didn’t work. I didn’t like the smoking at the bottom of the steps, could smell in my room. Wish the smokers had a designated area.

When showering, the bathroom is wet everywhere. Like there was condesation.

There was blood on a "clean" towel on the rack in the bathroom. The hair dryer did not work and after I looked the plug was burnt and had just been unplugged. The breakfast that was advertised was just a brown bag with yogurt, and fruit, this should have been advertised as a to-go breakfast.

This is more interesting.
1. As soon as we entered the room it was full of smoking (cigarette’s smell)
2. There was some left over food in the fridge which was stinking and the trash wasn’t cleaned.
3. There is a TV and remote but none of them work. When I called the help desk to come and check he showed up @ 10:30pm. He said he will check with maintenance team (not sure to replace a TV or remote)
4. We were 3 (wife, daughter and myself) staying in the room and there was only 1 towel in the restroom and that too it was smelling terrible.
5. Checked with the Helpdesk if there are any other rooms (for Aug 15th - 16th, 2026) available so that we can change and he responded that he want to check with the owner and the owner would be back on Aug 17th.
6. Complementary breakfast was 2 small muffins and 1 small yogurt (forgot to check the expiry date).
7. For the above all, I did pay $250 for 1 night stay. Booking.com please delete or block such hotels so that people don’t spend their money on these nasty and disaster hotels.
