Nothing
Everything
The room was a complete mess. The floors were not swept and mopped like was said they were, the bathroom had black mold on the wall by the ceiling, blankets were covered in hair, towels had some black residue on them, there was a cut in the wall, the outlet cover was off and just hanging on to the wire, sheets and pillow cases were all stained up, someone was folding the towels and washcloths on the hood of their vehicle, overall it was just disgusting and unfit for for someone to stay in that room, writing all over the door and wall. There’s potential but it needs better cleaning crews and maintenance personnel. Very unorganized and filthy.
The in room hot tub was very nice and worked well. Bed was comfortable.
For a smoking room and a room with an indoor jacuzzi there was absolutely no fans or ventilation in the room. When you fill up the hot tub or take a shower, the entire room fills so thick with steam you have to open the front door to vent it. The bathtub was dirty. The floors were mopped but had not been swept and were wet and dirty upon arrival. In room fridge freezer was completely full of frost. Dead bugs and lots of dirt in corners and behind the bed.
Nothing
There was something leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The jacuzzi needed cleaned. The room smelled like smoke and needed aired out.
The bed was hard as a rock. One of the pillows were yellow.
The location.
The bathroom was very dirty it had old pee on the bottom of the toilet an it was black an green . The wifi was very bad .
Nothing
Checked in and left to get food, came back and my room was absolutely disgusting. Dirt all over the floors, unexplained stains on the bedding, furniture and toilet paper. There was a dirty shoe print on the sheets. The AC barely worked. The room door looked like a gust of wind could blow it open with the large gap in the frame when the door was closed. The fridge wasn't even plugged in so it was hot and smelled absolutely atrocious. When I went down to the front desk to tell them I'm not staying, they charged me in full for the first night because I was there for longer than 15 minutes and said that's their policy.
