The Ritz-Carlton Osaka

Ritz Carlton Osaka is perfect for Business as well as for family. It has a grand set up and amazing hospitality. Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Osaka under Mr. Simon Finch leadership had put us in good care. There was a moment we had to take a good rest and this is perfect place. We much appreciate it.

I am a frequent traveler and have been to all 7 continents and was blown away by the precision, quality and care provided at the Rits Osaka. From the moment we arrived till departure hotel staff catered to every element of our trip.
The room was updated and plush, the employees were attentive and kind, and the food and service was outstanding.

Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure our family felt welcome. However, it was the highly personalized attention that made this visit truly unforgettable.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Director of Loyalty, Simon Finch. Simon is an absolute asset to this property. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and wonderful with our children, making them feel genuinely welcome from day one. Furthermore, he thoughtfully arranged a spectacular custom dessert to celebrate my birthday. It is rare to encounter such a high level of genuine care and proactive hospitality, and his gesture made the occasion incredibly special.

The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculate, and perfectly situated, but it is the exemplary service from Simon and the rest of the team that will undoubtedly bring us back. If you are traveling to Osaka with family, this property is highly recommended. We look forward to our next visit.

The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff tremendous.

My wife and I celebrated our silver wedding anniversary with a two night stay here at the end of our tour of Japan.
Simon and his Team made our stay so enjoyable , attention to detail was excellent , the Hotel was superb ,
Sara the concierge was very friendly , helpful and also kindly made an origami card for our anniversary of 25 Crain birds , very thoughtful .
Tomoko and Remi from the club lounge who were excellent hosts , a credit to the hotelThank you also for the anniversary message .
The Asian restaurant was v good,The Italian Michelin * restaurant was superb a great end to our stay

We arrived at the hotel by car and were pleasantly surprised when the valet staff took our luggage and had it waiting at the front desk for check-in, even though we hadn't booked valet parking.
After checking in, we went for a swim with our two children. The spa staff had already prepared swimming caps and arm bands for the kids by the pool. After our swim, one of the staff members made a Pikachu origami for my son after noticing his Pikachu T-shirt, which was a lovely touch.
We had both dinner and breakfast at Splendido, and both meals were delicious. The standout dish was definitely the lamb chop, which is quite rare to find in Japan!

Must stay here. The hotel and our rooms were absolutely beautiful and perfect location to the best shopping, etc. Staying at The Ritz was one of the highlights of our trip.

the hotel is absolutely great. Service and rooms are everything a 5 star hotel should have.
If you like Chinese food, they have they have a restaurant named Xiang Tao, which is probably the best Chinese food I have ever had. They serve the peking duck the same way the old mandarins used to eat it.
Mr Tomoya Kusunoki treated us like royalty.

I will also like to recommend the concierge service. The entire team knows the region well and can make some great recommendations.

The quality of the experience at the Ritz was what set it apart. The service was amazing - specifically the concierge desk and even more specifically Ms. Shimoura who helped me find specific shopping locations, booked a perfect restaurant reservation and actually walked me out of the hotel and pointed me in the right direction. I was very sorry to leave.

if you ever go to Osaka stay at the ritz. they will blow you away with the service and hospitality. great and welcoming place to be. stay on the club floor and you will be amazed at the service

The hotel was simply exquisite! The entire Ritz Carlton staff was so friendly and welcoming. What a great place to stay!
