I liked how big my room was. Plenty of room to move around and a desk & chair if you need to do work. Bathroom was a nice size and the hotel room was very clean. Room has a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable with several pillows, slept great. And it was a holiday weekend and the noise was very minimal. overall a good day. Oh and they have a shuttle service too. The airport is not far away at all.
No microwave in the room. Found out later there was a microwave in the lobby but I found that to be inconvenient.
The pool was great! Felt safe and the staff was friendly and just really wonderful people!

Dinner and drinks in resturant was nice
We could have used some help getting our bags upstairs. There were no carts around, and no one offered to help us locate one. And my husband is disabled.

Iedere dag vragen om schoonmaken van de kamer, schone handdoeken en toiletpapier. Housekeeping was ronduit chagrijnig. Ondanks het verzoek om de kamer te servicen, was dat bij thuiskomst in de avond niet gebeurd. Weer vragen.
De bartenders hadden geen schimmig idee waar ze mee bezig waren: bestelling kwam niet of na weer vragen. Cocktails niet goed.
The Hilton DoubleTree in East Memphis on Sanderlin is the absolute best place to stay in the entire area. It is convenient to Clark Tower and White station Tower and there is a ton of nearby shopping in Eastgate as well as around the Sanderlin area. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is excellent. From Larry at the front desk to Yolanda on the cleaning staff and Maggie at the checkout and even the security guard, I felt so welcome. They could not seem to do enough for me. You can tell that this property has been carefully designed and run to be a five-star experience at an excellent value. I would highly recommend this DoubleTree Hilton to anyone who appreciates proactive and enthusiastic service. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities are top notch. Make it a destination on your next trip to East Memphis. You will not be disappointed.
Nothing much honestly except for complimentary cookie I got on checkin
Paid $350 bucks for a Inn like hotel. Constant construction outside my room. The drapes are old and dont cover the windows completely. The whole hotel and room are old and outdated. The AC is loud. Would never recommend or stay there again.

I didn’t get my rooms together as asked we were ion two separate floors and breakfast was expensive for what you pay to stay you should get a free breakfast at least.
