Short but good
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing.

Cons:

Only 2 issue. No key cards but I get it. And the toilet keep flushing.

Our stay was spectacular and I am already looking forward to coming back again, in the near future.
Pros:

Immediately as entered, we felt welcomed and in a good space. They made sure to explain all the benefits and percs the hotel offers. That made us be aware and easily able to adapt into the room and property. Any doubt or worry I had before then, easily went away.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was up to par and a great experience. I have zero complaints.

Cons:

It was very dirty, there was a cockroach in the room. I couldn’t imagine before to meet with cockroach in a Hilton hotel !!! I’m very often in hotels but it was unbelievable.
We couldn’t try to eat a breakfast after cockroach hunting.
Please clean the hotel from these animals!
Sorry, it is the truth what I can’t accept.

Unorganized and Unsafe, STAY AWAY

This hotel is a liability for Hilton and the staff does not to seem to care at all. If you want someone to enter your room at 0200 with a key in Memphis, because the room you checked into shows “unoccupied” this hotel is for you. Not only did this occur once, but AGAIN on my most recent stay on March 19th. The hotel front desk doesn’t seem to care at all, after addressing the issue twice with the front desk. I wasn’t even given a sorry, one lady just simply walked away and said “someone will take care of it”.

On March 14th between 0130 to 0200 someone accessed my unit with a key, thankfully I had the deadbolt on. Upon checking out, I addressed the issue with the front desk. In which, Star informed me that the room showed it was unoccupied.

On March 19th, I get a call from the front desk at 1030 asking me why I was checked, then housekeeping proceeded to enter my unit while I’m in the room. Keep in mind I had a 1500 check out secured and reserved. I got an email at 0600 stating that I was already checked out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great hotel until the military police takeover
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is absolutely top class. Every person we have interacted with on each of our five visits has been kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. This establishment is also immaculately clean and well-appointed in terms of amenities. For the past year, it has been our home away from home when we visit our children enrolled at the University of Memphis. Sadly, this trip will be our last stay at the Sanderlin Doubletree due to the 24-hour presence of military police in the hotel lobby. My family will stay elsewhere during future visits.
