Front desk was great and pool
Nothing
Great East Memphis location.
Grandkids scared half to death. Security guard at the front desk was in full SWAT Team attire with ballistic vest and drop holster. Hotel is also the lodging for the National Guard presence in the city. Grandson asked fearfully, "Why is the Army here? Are we at war?!"
Hilton computers were down when we checked in although we made our reservation on Booking.com. When the computers came back up they never our reservation from Booking. The front desk sent people we had never met and who were not wearing any identification up to our rooms at 10 PM demanding we come down and "register" and saying we had never paid for our rooms. It seemed like a robbery scam my adult daughter almost called the police. Front desk never apologized for any inconvenience. Never even offered the famous warm cookie. Next morning they had run out of coffee and my wife had to chase somebody down to make some.
Love it the room was great and comfortable the staff was really great
This is the best hilton property in east memphis! The staff is so friendly. Maggie is so sweet! It is very clean. The pool is very nice. The location is great not too busy but very close to poplar ave, 240 etc. The resturant below is good albeit a little on the pricey side.
I liked how big my room was. Plenty of room to move around and a desk & chair if you need to do work. Bathroom was a nice size and the hotel room was very clean. Room has a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable with several pillows, slept great. And it was a holiday weekend and the noise was very minimal. overall a good day. Oh and they have a shuttle service too. The airport is not far away at all.
No microwave in the room. Found out later there was a microwave in the lobby but I found that to be inconvenient.
The pool was great! Felt safe and the staff was friendly and just really wonderful people!

Dinner and drinks in resturant was nice
We could have used some help getting our bags upstairs. There were no carts around, and no one offered to help us locate one. And my husband is disabled.
