a hidden marvel in the centre of the City.
Pros:

I have a feeling it was recently renovated.

Not the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in while in France, but definitely the cleanest one. It almost doesn’t feel you are in a French hotel (too clean and everything is “normal sized”).

The location is fantastic. It makes your vacation “walkable” in pretty much any direction. Seine is like 7 min walk through Elysses gardens, can’t be much better than that)

The Staff is really attentive and is willing to help. Very friendly.

I’d say, it’s a hidden marvel in the centre of the City.

It’s a top place and I’m definitely coming back.

Cons:

We’ve had a small encounter with our bathroom (the renovation was very fresh but not everything was working/ or well commissioned so to say).
As a result we’ve moved the rooms and the rest was fantastic.
I must give credits to the Staff who were very supportive and responsive to solve the issue.

Cons:

Nothing like on the pictures,room is extremely small,dirty,air conditioner made very loud noises, soundproofing is bad. The corridor on the way to the room was extremely dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and had hair from previous stay.

Arrivate non c’erano le camere ..dopo 4 ore di attesa ci danno una camera piccola ma senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi perché al sole tutto il giornoe con il riscaldamento acceso..e ci dicono di aspettare per l’altra camera per mia sorella.. impossibile stare in camera perché troppo caldo.. mandano un tecnico ma non risolve ..nel frattempo litighiamo e chiediamo del direttore perché erano passate 6 ore e non vi davano la seconda camera.. finalmente, dopo vari urli e minacce danno una bella camera a mia sorella ma a me lasciano il forno..non avevano altra possibilità fino al giorno dopo.. era impossibile stare in camera e dormo con mia sorella..il direttore ci offre 2 calici di champagne per scusarsi ma ci portano solo i bicchieri vuoti… lo champagne lo stiamo ancora aspettando.. l’ingresso pieno di gente inviperita perché non c’erano le camere..personale molto improvvisato e poco disponibile..finalmente parlo con una signora che mi promette una bella camera dal giorno dopo..e in effetti così è stato!

Ellle a demandé de payer pour rester une heure de plus dans la chambre malheureusement ça été refusé

Cons:

Demande de thé nature à la place du thé à la menthe qui était dans la chambre , cela nous a été refusé lors de notre arrivée et on nous a dit qu’il y en aurait au petit déjeuner (il n’y en avait pas)

A localização é a melhor parte: central, seguro, região belíssima. Perto do Louvre.
O banheiro era bem novo, com toalhas ótimas e um banho perfeito. Chuveiro bem forte e quente, se quiser. O quarto não é tão pequeno, dá para abrir as malas em frente a cama e tem alguns armários. A cama é boa e grande
