The hotel location was fabulous and great for walking to everything.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience with the hotel itself. I hadn’t booked a room with a balcony or street view BUT did not expect to be staring at a concrete wall and filthy outdoor area plus into other peoples rooms - so some feedback for the hotel would be to make the courtyard a garden perhaps so it’s something pleasant for people to look at instead of concrete! When I asked the hotel if I could upgrade rooms as I wasn’t happy with the room. They sent me around in circles asking me to come back later on to speak to the manager then the following morning they asked me to come back later again to speak to a different manager anyway in the end they were fully booked for 3 out of the 5 nights that I was there, so I can fully appreciate they could not move me, however, they were extremely dismissive of me. I decided to leave the hotel because I hated the room so much and didn’t want to stay another night. The manager was standing at reception when I went to leave and I explained that I disliked my room so much so that I’ve paid to go stay at another hotel and her first reaction was to let me know there would be absolutely no refund - which I didn’t even ask for and Booking.com were handling on my behalf anyway. She was really rude and dismissive which was very disappointing! Very poor customer service on her part. I won’t be returning which is a shame.

ci siamo recati in hotel alle 7 pm dopo una lunga giornata di lavoro e ci hanno comunicato che l'aria condizionata non era funzionante e che la stavano riparando. Ho domandato come mai non mi avessero avvisato con una mail o una telefonata ma non mi hanno saputo dare una spiegazione. Ero con una mia collega ultra settantenne che necessitava di riposo e di prendere le sue medicine e ci hanno fatto attende 40 min nella hall (dove l'aria condizionata funzionava e dopo continuavano i check in senza alcun problema)
Solo dopo aver manifestato un evidente malessere per la pessima capacità di gestione della situazione e su mia insistenza ci hanno collocato in un altro albergo .
Pessima attenzione del cliente anche da parte della responsabile alla reception, una signora bionda ,che non si è nemmeno degnata di uscire fuori dal suo "ufficio" per scusarsi dell'accaduto .

La salle du petit déjeuner ressemble a une cantine. L’accueil de la réception de l’hotel fait ce qu’il peut mais manque de personnel. Pour les étrangers, L’emplacement privilégié de l’hotel est un leurre. Cet hotel Ne mérite pas d’être classé dans la catégorie 4 étoiles. C’est une injure pour tous les autres qui font le maximum pour figurer dans ce classement!!!!

Je n’ai jamais vécu un truc pareil : j’avais pris une chambre queen size et l’hôtel aurait fait de l’overbooking et ne m’a pas donné d’autre choix que de me mettre dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, dans une chambre microscopique (je touchais le plafond de ma main et la salle de bains faisait à peine plus d’un mètre carré). Pour le même prix, sans excuses, sans dédommagement. J’attends encore les excuses du management…

Świetna lokalizacja.wszedzie blisko. Wszystkie atrakcje w zasięgu 40 minutowego spaceru. Można wszędzie podjechać metrem, kilka minut do stacji metra. Pokój duży z dużą łazienką. Wanna i prysznic. Klimatyzacja łatwa w obsłudze i niezawodna (było ponad 40 stopni w cieniu). Dostawawki kiepskie. Główne łóżko bardzo duże. Świetne oświetlenie. Śniadania ok, nie ma wow ale głodnym się nie wychodzi.duzy plus za świeże soki (wyciskarka do pomarańczy i do warzyw)
Jakość usług odbiega od tych, do jakich jestem przyzwyczajona w tej klasie hotelu. Nie było wody w pokoju. Na drugi dzień byla. Na trzeci znowu nie dano (upał ponad 40 stopni).Minibar napełniono po mojej interwencji. Sprzątanie ok, ale z ręcznikami problemy, raz poskładano brudne małe recznikizamiast dać nowe (leżały na podłodze) a raz nie dano ich wcale i po telefonie z prośbą o małe ręczniki przyniesiono duże 🙈. Nie ma podanego telefonu do recepcji, trzeba się samemu dowiadywać. Recepcja nie rozumie o co się prosi ( po francusku i po angielsku). przytakują a potem i tak robią co innego 😱 Łazienka -umuwalka, wanna i WC czysciutkie. Kabina za to tragedia. Rozumiem, że płytki marmurowe się odbarwiły i nie da się ich umyć ale silikon można wymienić - jest zagrzybiały, czarny. Śmierdzi w środku nieprzyjemnie. Na śniadaniu brakuje często szklaneczek i talerzy. Jak skończyły się naleśniki to już się ich nie doczekaliśmy. Podobnie z innym jedzeniem
, ale na szczęście pomarańcze są donoszone cały czas😁😁 wino musujące też jest....ale trzeba się prosić o jego otwarcie . Łóżko główne duże ale materac bardzo miękki, dostawki kiepskie. Ogólnie poza tymi drobiazgami jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni,.polecamy ten hotel.
