Staff was very friendly. Area was cute. Accommodations were great
Pros:

Comfortable and cute. Accommodations were great. I loved the bar area and outdoor seating. The location can't be beat. Free parking was a great addition. Accessibility to Boulder was really easy.

Cons:

I would have preferred to have a mini fridge and a microwave. We stayed for a week so I wish I had a way to eat leftovers. The guests in the room above were very loud, not the hotel's fault but maybe a rug on the floor would help keep down stomping noises.

Pros:

Everything about this property rocked! The room design was cool, and the beds were comfy. There were a lot of cool things that the hotel offered too, and the location was walkable to Pearl St & CU Boulder.

Cons:

The bathroom had a weird smell. I wish the spa/hot tub/fire pits stayed open an hour later.

Average Motel
Pros:

Good location. And I guess the amenities are nice (never needed them).

Cons:

Very average motel room. No housekeeping during my three-day stay. Thin walls and floors, could hear every step made by upstairs neighbor, as well as what sounded like them moving the furniture around at midnight. TV takes like 10 clicks just to watch a channel. Receptionist offered a coffee "on the house" and then walked away before pouring a coffee.

A basic motel with a cute name
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

This is basically a motel with a cute name - which I couldn’t tell was a motel from the pictures on Booking.com. The cleaning products they use are overwhelmingly disinfectant - walking into the very basic room is sensory overload.

Great location and great staff!
Pros:

It's in a great location, within walking distance to Pearl Street. There are also a couple of places to eat super close. It's a converted motel so the vibe is interesting. There reception area is nice with a place to sit and eat. The food/bar place seemed closed when I was there as no one was operating it but overall nice vibe. There's also a hangout room with board games and I think ping pong. Plus, an outside space with a bonfire. The room was spacious. It had a seating area and kitchenette plus a work table. It was nicely decorated and clean. Jonathan was super friendly and helpful. I had an online class and he managed to get me in the room earlier and said he placed me in a room with great wifi.

Cons:

There's an adjoining door to the next room I believe that's locked of course, but I could hear the person having a conversation as if they were in the same room so that was a bit annoying. It would be nice if they could figure out how to soundproof that. Luckily, I could teach my class online and the first time it went well but the second time the internet was a bit weak and I couldn't connect my phone to the internet. It worked out, but I'm surprised the internet wasn't that strong.

Good, clean, short stay and nice amenities.
Pros:

Had a fun game room and onsite laundry. The room was cute and comfortable. The pillows were firm and the bed was comfortable. The sleep was a lot more comfortable than my recent stay at a Doubletree.

Cons:

The only issues I had was the faucet wouldn’t stop dripping unless you had it in the perfect spot and the air conditioner was really loud.
