Pros:

Stayed there four times now, it’s a great location and I like the convenience.

Cons:

The bathroom and carpet are beginning to show quite a bit of wear. Broken shower rod, dark spots on the walls in the shower that could have been mold. It looks like they have done little to keep up with the traffic moved through these rooms.

Thanks jhon. Excelent stay 10/10
Pros:

10/10 – Easily my favorite stay in Boulder

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Boulder over the past few weeks, including well-known Marriott properties, and Basecamp Boulder has been my favorite experience so far.

The location is excellent—close to everything you need while still being quiet enough to relax after work. The hotel was spotless throughout my stay, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

A special thank you to John at the front desk. He was able to accommodate an early check-in, which made a huge difference after traveling. Throughout my stay he was always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. It’s rare to receive service that feels so personal and authentic.

I was in Boulder on business, working with a Fortune 500 company, so having a reliable place to work was essential. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I was able to stay productive without any issues.

If you’re visiting Boulder for business or leisure, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Basecamp Boulder. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, a great location, and an overall experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The location was good and the hotel was ok, but my expectations were not fulfilled
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The hotel is in disrepair. For example, the bathroom had mold in several places and the toilet seat moved. They are not transparent about room service, there are no fridges in many of their rooms and the hotel in general looks dirty and in disrepair. The pictures they post do not correlate with reality. I am not sure how they were ever rated 4 stars.

Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

The lighting in room 210 was really bad. Could not read in the bed.
They need to trim the bush on the street so you can exit the driveway without mishap.

Corporate marketing slapped on a motel 6
Pros:

Staff members helpful, knowledgeable and sweet.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Location was good, with a short drive to Pearl St

Cons:

Facilities in incredibly poor condition. The management has utilized beautiful marketing and social media for this place, with a few "mountains are calling" pictures in the rooms. The reality, is that this is a very tired old motel, with a lipstick renovation that has not been maintained. We stay in many of these converted motels, that entrepreneurs fix and I feel bad trashing a small business, but at $250/night, they really need to be investing more into the property.

- Common: Hallway walls and doors covered in scratches & dirt. Hallway floors absolutely filthy. Common deck
area with all it's paint chipped. Common climbing room had no AC, so it was boiling hot most of the day/nights. Washer/dryers all out of service, with sign that looked to be 4-5 months old indicating maintenance would "repair shortly"

In room: Bathroom faucet leaked, flooding the countertop upon each use. In the tub, the tub spout dumped water, even when you were showering. The tub had smudged cracked caulking everywhere that was failing. The toilet had been replaced, but whomever did it left the original caulking smeared all over the flooring, and when it was reset, it was angled, making it impossible to pull toilet paper from the holder.
