Pros:

The location,bonfires and the small, well stocked bar are excellent. But the bed... it's sooo comfortable!!

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny and only has the light with the loud fan. I could hear the people above me snoring. And their music was loud. I was surprised how loud the upstairs room sounded in my room.

Cut decor, good location

Cons:

ac was REALLY loud, room was cute but carpet was stained and there was no mini fridge, bar/gathering spot on property was loud until well past midnight.

Comfortable beds, large room. :)
Pros:

Location was perfect distance to pearl Street. Went to Boulder for concert. Perfect getaway.

Amazing staff and excellent community spaces to gather were the highlights!
Pros:

All of the community spaces were excellent for our group - spacious too. Location was perfect. Loved the happy hours - great selections and prices. All the staff were courteous, gracious, and friendly.

Cons:

Updates to the rooms would be great - it's an older motel. Priority - bathroom updates (toilets were new!), new carpet, and better lighting. The fitness room needs attention - towels, water, mats, and one of the peloton bike seats needed to be fixed, as well as the screen. We also couldn't figure out how to log into peloton. It's pricey for an older motel.

Pros:

The shared space with the games was cool, except soooo hot during the day with no ac. The hot tub looked nice, but it was too hot during our stay to try it.

Cons:

The beds sunk towards the center because the support bars were off, and the drains stopped up very easily. Also the carpet was old and dirty looking. Also it was a fairly long walk to downtown, for being advertised as a downtown hotel

Would Not Stay Again
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The bathroom was so tiny you could hardly close the door. The Carpet was filthy! The walls are so thin I heard my neighbor snoring ALL night long.
