Hotel au look vintage bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique pour visiter New York. Ambiance vintage très agréable. Personnel à l'accueil très disponible. Possibilité de laisser vos bagages en dépôt.

Cons:

Attention pour une 5e personnes, lit d'appoint à payer en supplément sur place. Ce n’est pas compris dans le prix de la réservation.

Super emplacement, suite spacieuse pour 5!
Pros:

La proximité des stations de métro pour se déplacer dans l’entièreté de la ville.
L’accueil du personnel.
Possibilité de loger à 5.

Cons:

Rue très bruyante et la chambre n’est pas isolée au niveau acoustique.
Pas assez d’équipement dans la cuisine.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

la camera veniva pulita regolarmente e cambiati gli asciugamani ogni giorno.

Good location, but apartment needs updating.
Pros:

Good location with easy access to several subway lines (including the J from JFK airport), and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby (particularly recommend Spaghetti Incident for superb pasta at a reasonable price). Close to Chinatown and Little Italy.
There is someone on reception 24/7, which is helpful - staff were friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage securely on the day we left as our flight wasn't until the evening.
Although the decor and equipment in the apartment are dated, it was clean, and towels were changed every day. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and there was enough room for the 4 of us.

Cons:

The decor of the apartment is very dated, and the doors don't fit properly. There are lots of cupboards in the kitchen (again with lopsided doors) but very little in the cupboards - there was the bare minimum for 4 people of cups, glasses, plates etc. The fridge is very noisy, which was particularly noticeable at night, and when we looked to unplug it overnight, the wiring on the plug was bare and dangerous. We didn't do any cooking, but it seemed odd that there was a notice up effectively saying not to cook as this would set off the fire alarm.
We arrived following a torrential rainstorm, and the corridor outside was soaked from water having come through the roof, although our apartment was dry.
This may just be a reflection of NYC hotel prices, particularly on the marathon weekend, but $500 a night is not good value for money for an apartment a little bit away from the main tourist areas.

Off SoHo fell off...
Pros:

That i got my $1000+ back.

Cons:

-1)The leaking roof, sending a flood throughout the hotel.
-2)The staff did not readily have a backup plan/sister hotel to send their guests in an emergency.
-3)Managment dragging their feet on refund.
-4)Managments treatment of international guests on refund on the guests' day of stay.
-5)Kinda suspicious that Hotel COULD NOT process my stay in one charge... $1046+. Was it because stealing/not refunding over $1000 is a felony in NYState??(I got my $ back)

Inrichting was oud en afgeleefd. Bed was wel goed. Keuken zeer minimaal ingericht. Veel nachtelijk lawaai door kroeg van de buren beneden.

Buena estancia en New York
Pros:

Hacia tiempo que no íbamos a New York y nunca nos habíamos alojado en esta zona de Manhattan, el Lower East side, pegado al Soho y a Nolita. Nos gustó mucho la zona, cómoda, con varias líneas de subte muy cerca, buses también. Supermercados, restaurantes. Mención especial para Gabriel, el conserje de la tarde/noche, muy amable, cordial, muy buenas conversaciones, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. El conserje de la mañana también es de destacar, nos consiguió un taxi al aeropuerto en muy poco tiempo y por mucho menos que cualquiera de las apps. El lavadero es con monedas y ayuda mucho . Los electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien.El precio es lo mas complicado de esta ciudad, pero al tener cocina, te resuelve alguna comida y ayuda. el wifi funciona bien

Cons:

Al hotel le hace falta una renovación importante, está viejo. La luz es pobre. Un poco ruidosa nuestra habitación que daba a la calle, hay mucha movida por la zona, está frente al Freeman Alley que visita mucha gente todo el día. Igual pudimos descansar después de las grandes caminatas que se hacen en esta ciudad.

Highly recommended - we would definitely come back!
Pros:

The apartment was clean and well stocked in all things needed for 9 days stay. Cleaning service was offered everyday although we did not need it that often. The staff at the 24h reception was friendly and answered all of our questions. We also were able to leave our bags after check out which was very helpful. Overall great value, good localisation (near few major subway lines) - go and have fun!

Pros:

Emplacement top, plusieurs stations de metro toit proche, y compris celle qui vient de JFK, nombreux bars, restaurants ... pont de Williamsburg à quelques blocks donc Brooklyn à portée de pieds !
Gentillesse du personnel, taille du studio

Cons:

Équipement cuisine un peu juste, par exemple pas de ciseaux, pas de spatule quand on veut cuisiner à la poele
