ラブホテルであることをもっと事前にはっきりと記載しておくべきだと思います。

駅に近くて楽でした。

Good location. Staff was friendly. The hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the station. The room and the bathroom was spacious. We had a very comfortable stay and it was a good value for money.

綺麗です。
静かです。
ラブホとビジホの中間のようなホテルです。
夜は隣の音や外の騒音など全くありません。
ベッドは固めですが非常に気持ち良く寝れました。

ラブホとは思ってなかったのでショックでした

Great room with nice bed and large bath facilities. The drawback is the location is somewhat inconvenient with limited dining options including room service which does not offer food (late night). Otherwise, it is fairly quiet and very clean.

That was amazingly great feature and comfortable room.
Just one thing I may need to mention is that the drain hole on the basin kept terrible odour like dead rat behind.
I found the reason there is no U shape smell block from the main drain pipe, fortunately the drain hose of the basin is made of flexible plastic bellow tube, then I made forming U shape. After that the action, the odour has stopped contaminating air in the room.

スタッフの対応が良かった。

いわゆるラブホテル仕様の宿泊施設ですが、フロント・スタッフの対応は丁寧で、部屋は広く、バスタブも完備され、コスパはかなり良いと思います。

施設内はきれいで部屋も広くてよかった。
空調機の音が大きくて気になった。
周りに食事をするところがない。
建物周囲は暗く、安全上やや不安。

錦糸町駅から徒歩で歩くので駅チカではないが、それでもコストパフォーマンスが高い。
直接泊まるより断然予約した方が良い。
事前にメッセージを送った際もきちんとお返事が来ましたし、丁寧な回答でした。
また来たいと思います。
※お部屋はゴージャスなヨーロピアンな内装でした。
ウォーターサーバーあるのはポイント高い、部屋も広め、お風呂も綺麗でした。満足してます。

コスパもいい

ホテルに問題は有りませんが、ビジネスホテルと思い予約してしまいました。
ホテルに到着してラブホと分かりビックリしました。

お客様同伴の為、直ぐに違うホテルを手配しました。

後になってによく考えれば、ラブホと分かりましたが、
予約時に明確にラブホだと分かる様お願いします。

部屋は広すぎるくらいに広いので、無料の加湿器を使って暖房をつける方が良いと思います。
アメニティも、普通のビジネスホテルより揃っているので女性は嬉しいと思います。
錦糸町のラブホテル街の中では1番端の方にあるので、うるさくもなく良いと思います。

Lovely staff, English is limited but good communication through translating device for foreigners. Clean place, fully equipped with toiletries, didn’t need to bring my own. I would come again and really recommend to everyone! Thank you

友人と宿泊させて頂いたのですが、とても快適に過ごすことができました！
ロビーで受付の対応をしてくれた方がどの方もとても優しく、また利用させていただこうと思います！

すごく親切丁寧でした。
部屋も清潔にしてあり、外出もできて
駐車場も確保していただき
過ごしやすかったです。
また東京に車で行く際は泊まりたいです。
