We had a wonderful time at Kauai Shores Inn.
Pros:

We loved staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful, there’s a good restaurant on site (where you can sit right on the beach), the bar is on the beach, and there is live music at night. There are 2 pools and lounges on the beach. And the beach is beautiful! There’s shade on the beach, a hot tub, and valet parking. We could see the ocean from our balcony. There are sidewalks to take lovely walks.
I would love to go back because it was so much better than the cold resorts we saw elsewhere on Kauai.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Meer
Pros:

Schönes, renoviertes Zimmer das sehr sauber war und alle einen Balkon hatte.

Cons:

- Blick von sehr vielen Zimmern auf den Pool
- wenig Parkplätze vorhanden
- leider muffiger Geruch im Zimmer
- Restaurant hatte sehr hohe Preise im Vergleich zu anderen auf der Insel

Schöne Lage an einem netten Strand
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist sehr schön! Der Strand hat uns auch super gefallen! Es ist eine recht große Anlage, da sie aber nicht ausgebucht war, war es für uns okay.

Cons:

Die Fotos vermitteln mehr Hochwertigkeit, als man tatsächlich vor Ort vorfindet, wir haben uns trotzdem in unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock mit Meerblick sehr wohl gefühlt.

Stay here!
Pros:

We had such a great stay here! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It was nice to have valet as an option if the self park was full. The staff was very friendly and the location so close to the beach with the restaurant just couldn't be beat. We walked to the coconut marketplace nearby for lots of food options. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed Kauai Shores and the Garden Isle
Pros:

We booked K Shores for location, reviews, and because a bit more reasonably priced than south shore. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. Great communication.Close to shops and eating. Restaurant on sight is a plus. The valet service was worth every dollar tip! Room was very nice, updated. Loved the grounds pool area. Beach was beautiful but water unswimable.

A Convienant Kapaa Stay
Pros:

Kauai Shores Hotel is a comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and quiet hotel on a nice beach. The onsite restaurant offers good dinner options, and the hotel's location is convenient to downtown Kapaa. We stayed overnight for an early morning airport departure. The location is very accessible and easy to reach. We would stay here again.
