Tolle Unterkunft an einem Traumstrand. Die Lage ist auch ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir liebten es nach unserer Tour an der Lava Bar zu sitzen. Cocktails waren mega und das Personal Super. Auch das Essen war hier richtig gut. Zimmer waren Sauber und immer ordentlich. Man konnte sich früh erst mal auf dem Zimmer einen Kaffee kochen. Eismaschiene und Wasserspender in jedem Block vorhanden.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Leider hat zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts Hurrikan Lowell gewütet, daher haben wir kurzfristig umgebucht und sind in diesem Hotel gelandet. Es ist uns bewusst, dass es zu Stromausfällen etc kommt. Jedoch war die Organisation von seitens des Hotels sehr schlecht. Es war stickig und warm, die Zimmer wurden nicht geräumt bzw. für uns wichtig die Mülleimer zu leeren da wir uns alle selbst versorgen mussten weil das Hotel kein Essen und keine Getränke mehr angeboten hat und entsprechend die Mülleimer voll waren und auch durch die Hitze gerochen haben. Zudem war tagelang der Pool geschlossen, in den anderen Hotels nebenan durften alle schwimmen. Wir hätten uns bei den Temperaturen und der gestauten Hitze im Zimmer über eine Abkühlung gefreut. Außerdem war es durchgehend laut. Von morgens bis abends.

We liked the hotel location and the room but the staff made the stay perfect
parking after 4 pm was a challenge
Extremely comfortable stay, huge room and great amenities. Hot tub and pool until 10pm. Room had very modern amenities and you couldn’t miss anything. We felt really comfortable and can‘t complain about anything.
Free parking, even valet included.
Restaurant is too pricey for small portions and staff but many shops right next door.

Prime location right on the beach and convenient to everywhere. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The grounds kept beautifully and clean.
The property is beautifully renovated, comfortable and tropical.
After booking a pool view room, we did not realise there is a second pool whose location is not as desirable as the main pool and we were overlooking this pool. This did seem somewhat misleading as it does not appear in the hotel photos.
Fantastic property that is in a convenient location to everything. The staff were wonderful and great with kids. We were able to check in early and enjoy the pool right outside our bedroom. The beach is beautiful to walk along and we loved Lava Lava beach club right on site. Highly recommend!

La cercanía a la playa, el restaurante Lava Lava. Las piscinas y limpieza de la habitación.
Tutto. Camera spaziosa, pulita e ben ristrutturata. Bagno molto ampio rispetto allo standard. Comodo il balcone. Ottimo servizio di parcheggio tramite valletto. Zona comune ben attrezzata con piscina e idromassaggio. Con accesso diretto al mare.
Non apprezzo la moquette nel corridoio, a parte questo piccolo dettaglio non ho trovato difetti.

The location and the facilities were great! It’s so close to a shopping area with good food and has a great restaurant/bar on the property. The setting is gorgeous! It’s right off a walking path and lovely adjacent beaches that were a little calmer than the one on front of hotel. There’s a big grassy area with games, a sweet swing on the lovely beach-so many fun things! The staff was super nice and helpful!
Beach break was a little too rough for casual swimming-but the hotel was so awesome, we’d stay again and just walk a bit further other beach options.
