Last stay was 5 years ago and they have done a great remodel. Free parking, on beach and great walking paths. Great Kauai coffee

Nice location on the beach. Enjoyed dining on the beach and live music in the evening.

Cons:

Room temperature control was difficult. Room felt cold the first few days, then felt damp the last day.

We liked how it is clean and the ambiance of the compound is amazing, most especially with the amenities on site and right beside the beach

Cons:

I did book a garden view room but the room that was given to us was at the back of the property with the balcony with a view of the next hotel

A Beautiful Place to Stay on Kauai
Pros:

Location is perfect, just far enough away from the business of Kapaa. The retro vibe is sooo cool!

Pros:

Leuke opzet van de locatie. Voelt als een camping waar je zelf eten kunt meenemen of kunt halen in het restaurant. Er ligt een foodcourt naast dus dat maakt het erg handig. De gerenoveerde kamer beviel prima, is geluidsdicht en is ruim.

Cons:

Er lopen zwervers rond over het terrein. Is geen afgesloten omgeving. Wij hadden een kamer op de 1 ste etage en dat gaf een veiliger idee. Personeel bij de bar was nors en kon duidelijk niet omgaan met hoeveelheid klanten.

We will be back for a non business trip soon.
Pros:

Everyone was so kind. We loved the ability to walk to the beach and all the close amenities. One thing I would recommend is a sign stating the significance of the heiau near by. There is one sign near the adjacent hotel but one of the walls is accessible through the hotel side of the property. One morning I saw a woman smoking near it.

Cons:

Everything was so nice.

Maybe a small booklet to talk about the history of that side of the island as well as a cheat sheet of the best restaurants in the area.
