Great Hotel and Great Service!! Zai was a wonderful valet!
We had a wonderful experience at this Hilton All Suites hotel. Our room and accommodations were excellent. The valet experience was fantastic, and Zai was very helpful upon arrival, advising good choices for lunch that day as well as where to park. We felt appreciated by the team!

Cleanliness
Garage level 2 always smelled “suspicious.” Unsure if it’s legal in MO. But there’s only so much you can control.

This is picky but the sheets were a little rough.
The location was fantastic. We did not travel there for pleasure purposes, but walking around that district was an unexpected treat.
The food was good, and the service in the restaurant was excellent, but the feel seemed focused on simplicity and speed. It felt like it was focused primarily on business travelers.
The location was great being on the Plaza and near downtown. Good parking garage also.

Our hotel was clean and really nice! The valet staff was very helpful from the start. Zai took great care of our vehicle and managed a lot of checkouts very smoothly. Good was great and the pool was excellent!
