We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton on the Plaza in Kansas City.
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel. It had all of the amenities we would expect from a hotel like the Hilton. It had an on site garage which made it feel more secure.

Cons:

The receptionist on my arrival was not as friendly or as helpful in the standards of such a facility. The parking garage requires use of stairs if you self park.

I’ll definitely return, but know to never travel alone. I’d never get in door from parking garage

Beautiful rooms and best staff Dinner there was also good food at good prices and friendly service

Cons:

I’m paraplegic. Hotels don’t seem to understand that handicapped rooms, should include the bed. How difficult is it to lower beds in handicapped rooms to accommodate transfer from wheelchair, to bed? Also your ramps in parking garage are steep but have no flat landing at top. Trying to open and hold heavy door while hanging onto chair so don’t roll backwards down ramp and lose open door is very inconvenient and difficult to manage More consideration to handicapped would be nice.

Staffs are not friendly and not helpful I booked for two days but decided to exit the next day

Bad location had to pay $30 dollars per day for parking
Unnecessarily charges for breakfast
Breakfast dishes dirty I brought it to the person in charge and he said it was caused by dish washer and did nothing to correct the problem
