Pros:

Our room was lovely and spacious

Cons:

The young girl at reception at check in was not one bit welcoming. She said nothing to us apart from the few necessary words, a most unfriendly demeanor and put a sour taste in our mouths.

Great location and nice rooms but not 4 stars
Pros:

New decor, excellent location, good views, valet staff was AMAZING, housekeepers kind and friendly, safe parking available, comfortable bed, great TV

Cons:

The front desk staff were unwelcoming, stiff and left out important information related to accessing the parking garage. Some aspects of the room need to be addressed as well. The toilet seat was chipped and peeling, we had mismatched and frayed towels, and stains on a piece of furniture - with a $300 room deposit. Not a 4 star experience.

I won't go back the Hilton again..to expensive
Pros:

Well I paid close to $600 for one night for 2 rooms and I only got 1 double and 1 king that I didn't ask for. It was my daughter birthday..my son had to sleep on the floor because the couch lead out bed didn't come out. When I pulled the covers back to go to bed there were small crumbs on the bed. As much as I paid it was not right.

Cons:

Make sure the sheets is clean for the next customer.
