Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced for a Hilton. Was not acknowledged as a Hilton Gold member, which I can live with. Charged $100 per night for incidentals. Asked if we were valet parking, but not explained that it was not part of the hotel. No room service due to being short staffed. No one in the dining room answered to let us know, had to call the front desk. Couldn’t get our car, which we valet parked, without putting a credit card number in their app. When I went to the front desk to talk to someone about all of this, I was met with the rudest front desk person I’ve ever encountered in a 4-star Hilton hotel. When I spoke to a manager, I asked for the Gm to call me. Never heard anything. I asked for the front desk girl’s name, she wouldn’t give it to me. BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Not worth one penny of the price we paid.
Room was spacious easy to get to.
Our sink was clogged when we got in room and then was taken care of.
