la atencion de los recepcionistas fue muy buena muy empatica

Cons:

la relación con los valet parking, al no manejar el ingles no te aceptaban el traductor o decian que no entendian, hasta que vino un mexicano y fue mas facil, pero la verdad la atencion mala.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff is fantastic, they were all professional and friendly. The first person I came in contact with was the Valet agent, Eugenio. I was traveling solo and was having a hard time figuring out what to do. Eugenio was very patient with me. Explained everything and took great care of me and my vehicle. I am elderly, so this was a wonderful way to be greeted at the hotel. The first person you have contact with in any business is the most important one. Eugenio didn’t disappoint.

I asked for help in several subjects and the stuff is very unpleasant and unqualified as a service giver.

Pros:

Fine for a short stay. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, there are the expected amenities...

But definitely needs an update. Common areas and elevators have significant wear and tear. Bathroom paint peeling, fixtures rusting.
