Risceglierei questa struttura altre mille volte! :)
Pros:

Viaggio molto all’estero e fatico sempre a trovare strutture che davvero valgano il prezzo, questa è una di quelle.
Struttura di per sè molto curata nei dettagli, dalla zona reception/lobby, al giardino.
Camera spaziosa e pulitissima, con un bellissimo balcone spazioso dove poter anche mangiare.
Vista piscina da un lato e vista mare dall’altro.
Con 25 dollari (a camera, al giorno) si hanno a disposizione un sacco di servizi come caffè gratuito tutte le mattine dalle 6 alle 9, una lavanderia dove poter lavare ed asciugare i vestiti, bici per girare Kona, parcheggio per l’auto, piscina (compresi di teli mare in dotazione) attrezzatura da spiaggia, e ultima ma non meno importante: YOGA OGNI MATTINA e MACCHINETTE PER IL REFIL DELL’ACQUA.
Tutto meraviglioso.
Personale gentilissimo.

The location and the comfortable room

Cons:

Parking is an issue and they won't allow you to park in their parking even you arrive late at night and there are plenty of spaces. They asked to park in a nearby parking lot where it costs more than $40 a night and they promise to reimburse you a portion of that.

Proche du centre vivant de Kailua Kona mais rénovation bien faite mais peu aboutie

Cons:

Très bonne localisation. Proximité restaurants, plage et supermarchés
Cours de yoga gratuits tous les matins au bord de la piscine
Mise à disposition de serviettes de piscine et autres équipements
Chambre spacieuse et lits confortables
Possibilité de faire des lessives en autonomie. (Machines à disposition - 3 dollars)

Cons:

Nonchalance, manque d’attention du personnel.
Ne montre aucun enthousiasme pour aider les voyageurs.
Pas de mobilier sur le balcon (obligés de sortir la table et les chaises d’intérieur nous-même) alors certaines chambres ont du mobilier spécifique.
Parking à 25 dollars (cher compte-tenu du prix de l’hôtel)

Cons:

After sleeping for two hours, I woke to severe itching all over my body, mostly on the torso. I told the front desk and maintenance. They said they have a monthly pest control but that obviously is inadequate. I have bite marks all over even now two days later.
