Pros:

Hotel is very close to everything in town and the beach. As soon as you walk in the room it smells very fresh and clean.

Cons:

Music from the restaurant next door very loud. $25 parking fee. we already paying for the room I feel parking should be free.

Kona Convenience
Pros:

We loved the location right in the heart of Kona. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we found everything to be comfortable and convenient. We left just as the Kona Low storm hit and hope the hotel did not suffer too much damage.

Very nice hotel, in a charming area close to the beach. I recommand.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, wellcoming and located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ideal for the ironman race. The bedroom was large and confortable, very clean. Nice terrace.

Good room, no parking!
Pros:

Nice and comfortable room

Cons:

I was told they sold out all the parking, and I needed to park in a different hotel parking lot. This is not acceptable! I specifically asked if the hotel had parking for the guest prior the booking, they said yes, but then there wasn’t any parking available

It Worked
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

I hate to say this, but there were cockroaches. I killed 2 in our room and my daughter saw a couple as well. Maybe it is hard to prevent with an open air hotel, but we did not leave our bags unzipped.

Also, you have to pay for parking. Which I didn't know. We got in at 8 and their lot was full.
