Carpete antigo e com aparência de sujo, mas o que mais desagradou foi a falta de educação dos funcionários do front desk (recepção), um robô seria mais humano!! Pessoas que realmente não deveriam exercer a profissão, secos, mal olham para o hóspede, bom dia, talvez, se você disser primeiro!!
