Very poor value for money
Pros:

The location is good, Termini station is 5 minutes away, so it's easy to get to all parts of the city.
Breakfast is ok.
No awkward moments sharing the elevator with strangers. They’re roughly big enough for one person and a suitcase anyway."

Cons:

The accommodation units do not match the description and the photos. We paid for a "Family Suite", expecting that all of us (my wife, myself, and our children aged 5 and 8) would be placed in one single unit, but we were given two separate double rooms instead.

We tried to resolve the situation with the hotel staff, but they were either unwilling or unable to help us, even though we clearly explained that this arrangement is completely unsuitable for us because of the young children.

On top of that, the receptionists made inappropriate comments to each other in Italian, apparently assuming we wouldn’t understand them.

Établissement et personnel très agréable
Pros:

L’établissement en général et le personnel aux petits soins

Cons:

Rien à redire sur cet établissement, juste que le quartier autour de la gare n’est pas très rassurant fin de soirée

Pros:

Service was great, there was some confusion on our part about what kind of room we were getting and turns out we would be getting a room that didnt really satisfy us. The manager and staff listened to our concerns and upgraded our room.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is safe and the location is good, right next to Termini station.
The rooms are very comfortable and most things function very well.

Cons:

Breakfast was always the same during our 5 day stay, it was alright with some variety but after a few days we started to feel tired of it. Some facilities could be improved, the AC temperature setting doesnt seem to work in any of the rooms, the fridges are also not very cool.

Melhor hotel de Roma
Pros:

Great for families, location was good, close to everything.
Pros:

The location was great! The beds were not comfortable. The staff was good, especially the evening staff who was delivering extra items that we needed-towels, shampoo, etc. The amenities- luggage storage, having the two rooms next to each other was great.

Cons:

The hotel needs some upgrade, the beds were hard, the carpet was dirty, the rooms need extra dresser.
