Good location to get sightseeing buses & transport links & into the city & beyond
Pros:

It was very close to the station but,annoyingly, the coach dropped us on the other side so ended up having to get a taxi as it was dark & we couldn’t get our bearings. We ended up getting ripped off by the taxi who overcharged us. The hotel was good, although a bit of a rabbit warren. Breakfast was good with choices of hot & cold items, cooked meats etc & scrambled eggs, bacon etc as well as cereals, pastries & fruit.

Cons:

We were woken up at 8am on the first morning by drilling & hammering & banging which was not appreciated. I mentioned it to reception & it was less the following days.

Very centrally located, but not good value for money
Pros:

Hotel is clean, rooms are average size. Hotel is literally 2 minute walk to Termini station which is very central for taking trains to other cities or for taking Metro Line A

Cons:

The location of the hotel is a bit shady as other reviewers have also pointed. The biggest disappointment with the hotel is the breakfast. For a hotel for which we had to pay nearly £300 per night, the breakfast came across as rather cheap with no effort on the menu, quality or presentation, same food every single day, pasta and chicken wings for breakfast. The thermostats in the room don’t do anything, no heating and no cooling.

Posizione e cordialità e cortesia del personale

Cons:

Un po’ scomodo il fatto che le camere sono divise in 2 strutture e la cosa crea disagio. Inoltre le camere sono tutte “adattate”

Ne-au cazat în prima noapte într-o cameră dublă în care au îngrămădit încă două paturi de o persoană,efectiv nu aveai cum să ajungi dintr-o parte în cealaltă a camerei,camera era întunecoasă și foarte mica.A doua zi la recepție s-a rezolvat problema și am primit o cameră mai mare care ne-a transformat sejurul.

Ok e ótima localização. Ao lado da estação.
Pros:

Quarto espaço, limpo e moderno. Funcionários do café da manhã e recepção são ótimos. Um deles muito gentil até falava português.

Muito barulhento. Tanto na rua quanto movimentação noturna no hotel.
