Location and room was clean
Was not aware that they do not clean room or replace towels. Went down to ask after second day was told they only clean and replace towels of requested . Said I was not aware and was told you learn something new every day. To get clean towels I needed to bring down dirty towels. Desk clerk was not helpful.
