Everything was great!!!
Was a wonderful stay.
The Concierge was helpful, welcoming and friendly from the minute we walked in. The hotel has a beautiful layout. The breakfast spread one of the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the pool, gym and bar. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
this hotel seemed like a hidden gem. We were impressed with what we got for the price and the daily breakfast really puts it above any other hotel. Lots of hot and cold items, individual milks, applesauce. Really great. Only drawback is our room was right across from the elevator, and we could hear it going at all hours.
Noone at the front desk for check-in and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive. This is 5 PM which would be a busy check-in time. Bar had noone sitting at ut, I was the only customer. Drinks and food were terrible. Bartender on the phone talking through her ear piece most of the time. Hotel was virtually empty, I've never seen it this empty. Service was overall terrible.
Room was clean and big for price
Rooms were very clean and staff were absolutely great. While decor currently a bit out dated, breakfast was good, clean areas. People in reception area made the difference.
The hot tub was a reason we chose to go there. It was barely warm and the button for the jets was broken. We had to call the front desk 3 times to ask for towels bc there werent any. They kept saying theyd bring them and they didnt.
I booked the room that said "sleeps 3" with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed had been closed with dirty sheets on them and was stuck. We tried, staff tried, the security guy tried. It wouldnt come out. They kept telling me that the couch beds are not guaranteed, most rooms dont have them, but they clearly advertised for them.
When we got there we could see a small patch on the ceiling above the toilet that looked recently wet. Saturday after arriving back, there was plaster all over from where it had fallen. Staff were not helpful at all.
The rooms are VERY dated and while tidy, there are not clean. Stains on the carpet, terrible mattresses, the couch so nasty that I was afraid to sit on it. The bar and kitchen may or may not be open. Breakfast was the only thing consistent.
Everything was as it should be and that's a good thing
The hotel is tired, and not very clean.
Such a great hotel to stay in, Understanding there is a merger going on currently for this property I can understand with maybe not investing in some items but I would suggest just ensuring items such as the room phones and safe are fully functioning for safety and security. Room 250 did not have either phones or Safe operational. The front staff was informed, SUPER FRIENDLY about it but I would say those would be my only two call outs. Otherwise I will be looking to stay in this hotel each time I come and I will be suggesting that to all my co workers as we come up for Stellantis a lot.
I love it here
Oh nice hotel, located in a very safe area with an amazing free breakfast. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was very spacious and perfect for two friends. The only downside was that the room itself felt a bit dirty—not in a gross way, more like it hadn’t been used in a while. It was dusty, almost like it was holding onto dirt from the 90s, lol.
That said, I’d probably stay here again. The area felt extremely safe, I didn’t see any bugs, and the staff was very friendly. My biggest complaint was that the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better.
I only picked this hotel because it listed a hot tub -- and the hot tub didn't work. Otherwise, it was fine, but I wouldn't have picked this had I known that the listed amenities weren't available.
Family friendly, free breakfast, bar and grill inside, warm pool and hot tub. Small minor issue with pull out couch but guest services accommodated us immediately and was very nice
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best continentals i have had. Would definitely stay again
When I went into my room I imediately found a huge dead bug in the toilet. There were spiders in every corner of the bathroom. Not well cleaned.
I loved how everything was set up, and everything was beautifully executed with my stay.
STAY HERE!!! GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE THE FRONT DESK GUY WITH GLASSES SHOULD BE A GM .
