予約してはいけません。最低のホテルです。
Pros:

ホテルの情報にあった地図へ向かったところ、別の、似た名前のホステルでした。そこでもう一度調べたところ、旧市街から離れたところにあるホテルであることがわかったため、タクシーで向かいました。ようやく到着し、チェックインしようとしましたが、今日はフルブッキングだと言われ、さらに「ベトナム語で書かれた」予約確認書を見せても「お前の予約は無い」と言われました。
そこで、もう一度ちゃんと確認してほしいと伝えたところ、手違いだったと言われ、部屋にようやく部屋に案内されました。
ところが、部屋で荷物を降ろして少しゆっくりしていたところ、フロントの方が電話を持ってきて話せというので、誰かわからないが話したところ、どうやらオーナーか誰かで、英語で「お前は違うホテルを予約しているから泊まれない」と言われました。
仕方ないので、予約確認書に書いてある電話番号に電話しましたが、「現在使われておりません」と行ったアナウンスが流れるのみでした。
これはもうラチがあかないため、別のホテルを予約して、このホテルを去りました。
急遽予約したホテルに向かう途中のタクシー内で、hotels.comのヘルプセンターに電話して、状況を説明しました。すると、ホテルから「間違いだった、泊まれるから戻ってきてくれ」とメッセージが届きました。ヘルプセンターからも、レセプションに英語を話せる人がいなかったため、手違いだったと言われたと報告がありました。「ベトナム語で書かれた予約確認書」を準備したのに聞苦しい言い訳をされたので、不信感がつのるばかりですし、英語で電話もしたのにどう考えてもおかしいとヘルプセンターに伝えました。
その後ヘルプセンターから報告があり、電話してもメールを送っても反応がなかったとのことです。
もう二度とこのようなホテルには泊まりません。

Pros:

It was a good value hotel and the staff was very helpful. However the location on the map on hotels.com was very inaccurate.

Slightly above average, might pop back
Pros:

Local area was busy with enough to satisfy most traveler's demands. Bathroom lacked finesse. Staff lively and friendly.
