The elevator was not working and had to use stairs. I have a torn meniscus so that did not work too great for me!

This was special trip for my family. I was completely disgusted to come to our room and see that there was MOLD located

There was mold in the room. It covered the ceiling in the bathroom. They were unable to clean it or accommodate a refund.
