Pros:

Location was great. It was quite. Room was clean. Breakfast was solid.

Cons:

One elevator. Staff was always available. The gentleman who was at the counter was unpleasant and didn't meet my request.

Cleanliness needs to be worked on. Stains and hair on my sheets. Had to go to lobby to get clean sheets front desk person wouldn’t bring them to the room and had to change them myself!

Great place to stay on a budget. Rooms were super clean and comfortable
Pros:

It was super nice for the price. Staff was pretty nice and room was clean.

Cons:

When staff was asked questions about the bar located in the building they responded in a rude manner so we apologized and walked off.

It was a good hotel overall, it was very close to Carowinds and it was pet friendly.
Pros:

It was very close to Carowinds, which was the reason for my stay.

Cons:

The breakfast kept running low both mornings I was there, seemed like they weren’t able to keep up with the demand.
