I felt at home. The reception staff were exceptional in trying to help us out find roads, pubs, original Hungarian resturants, etc

Pros:

* Great location — not right in the city centre, but only 3–4 tram stops away. The tram stop is close to the hotel.
* A small shopping mall nearby with a food court, fast food options and a SPAR supermarket — very convenient.
* Quiet street and very friendly, helpful staff.
* We had an accident when our child broke a cup, and the staff reacted immediately, cleaned everything up and kindly checked if our child was hurt. We really appreciated their care.

Cons:

* We found some hair in the bathroom upon arrival, which was disappointing.
* The hotel is a little old and could use some updating.
* Breakfast was average — perfectly okay, but nothing special.

Pros:

I, personally, would not choose to stay there but I used to due to professional responsibilities. The location seems good, there are a lot of facilities that I didn't have time to use so I can't evaluate them

Cons:

Windows can't be fully open, probably due to security reasons. Stairs are hidden behind evacuation stamps on the doors and you can't be sure if you open that door, will you alarm the whole hotel or not, so I had to wait a long time for the elevator before asking the staff about stairs. The toilet is a private place and I would prefer to have a normal door on it. The coffee at the fuel station nearby was much better than the one you could have for the included breakfast. The food in general could be better, the meat at the breakfast smelled strange. And as the hotel was hosting some of the best athletes in the world, they should provide for them more suitable menu. Additionally, I booked a room for two but after informing the reception that the second person will not appear I was charged for double occupancy without offering to reduce the amount to single occupancy

Lokáció, kedves személyzet

Cons:

Tisztaság a szobában kifogásolható volt, illetve a szobák nincsenek túl jó állapotban, ráférne a hotelre már egy felújítás. A reggeli egyszerűen értékelhetetlen.
