Il bagno è troppo piccolo e senza bidet , per 4 persone di cui due ragazzini di 12 e 15 anni , un divano letto è abbastanza scomodo e con le misure in lunghezza e larghezza troppo ristrette

Dobre miejsce na szybki city break
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu był ok :) Tuż przy hotelu są przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe co ułatwia sprawne przemieszczanie się po mieście. W pokoju było czysto i wszystkie sprzęty były sprawne. Serwowane śniadania były smaczne. Na plus również miła obsługa i możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni. :)

Cons:

Nasz pokój miał bardzo dziwny "tenisowy" wysrtój. Nie wiem czy wszystkie pokoje takie są, ale nie podobało nam się to. Dodatkowo podczas śniadań minusem było to, że owoce nie były dokładane, w efekcie jeśli nie przyszło się z samego rana, nie było co na nie liczyć.

Hotel non in posizione centrale ma ben servito. Buoni i servizi
Pros:

Posizione strategica vicino a fermate dei mezzi pubblici.
Pulizia molto buona.
Colazione variegata e abbondante.
Staff cortese

Cons:

Piscina troppo fredda e spesso con persone maleducate che si tuffavano senza controllo.
Arredamento obsoleto e bagno con necessità di una rinfrescata (abbastanza vecchiotto).
Aria condizionata non performante.
Sono piccolezze, sicuramente soggiornerei ancora nella struttura.

A very disappointing and stressful experience.
During my stay, a hotel security officer opened my occupied room without knocking while I was inside. The hotel later acknowledged that this happened because their internal procedures were not followed. Immediately after the incident, I discovered that €450 in cash was missing. I reported it to reception, but no manager was available, so I contacted the police. An official report was filed, and the hotel confirmed it is cooperating with the police investigation by providing CCTV footage and door access records.
Regardless of the outcome of the investigation, a member of staff entering an occupied room without following procedure is a serious breach of guest privacy and made me and my family feel unsafe. I hope the hotel's promised procedural changes prevent this from happening to other guests.

Preiswert, nichts was ich nochmals buchen würde

Die Lage war für uns gut gelegen!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, schlecht klimatisiert lange warten an den Aufzug, ingesamt etwas schmuddelig. Auch nicht ausreichend Parkplätze.

Great stay, hope to come again in the future
Pros:

We stayed for the second time on the way back home, and got upgraded to a larger room. We stayed in plenty of hotels this holiday, but "the hotel with the cookies in the room" somehow made the biggest impression on our children 🫢
The beds were very comfortable, which we were grateful for as we could get a good night of sleep before taking the night train to Berlin. Late check out (12pm) was also much appreciated as our train left in the evening. Again, the pool was enthusiastically used twice during a one night stay. We were able to store our luggage after checking out to explore the city a bit more before heading to the train station. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice. We know where to stay next time we are in Budapest!

Cons:

Breakfast was amazing the first time, this time it was also nice but the egg station and fresh orange juice was not offered, perhaps it was too busy. We still had a lovely breakfast though.
